Simple, efficient and productive driven

the need to open browser to activate talk desk app on laptop. in my old company we used 8X8 and we did not need to do that. tis a bit repetitive and a wast of time to do on a daily basis. also, if i switch of my laptop go to lunch or a meeting i have ti login again on the same day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i can call from different numbers. it would be useful to be able to use an an apple app

What do you like best about the product?
Talk desk is a great asset to my job. Its hands free compatibility is great! The freedom from phone cords or headset cords make my day! User-friendly for both using as a customer service rep and supervisors. while in training I was able to easily listen in to other calls to learn valuable skills. It records all the calls so I can go back to whatever I need to check on something. It also shows the amount of time I was on the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Was kinda hard to figure out at first but with a little training it was no problem at all. It became so easy to use and understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hands free is just that. No cords. No headset. All employers with a customer service center should have talk desk!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the switch! You wont regret it! Training was minimal as the interface was easily installed. It will be very easy to learn how to use it in no time and it is very user- friendly! It records all the calls so I can go back to whatever you need to make sure I didn't miss anything. It also shows the amount of time I was on the phone.
Effective and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Featuring a simple and user friendly interface, Talkdesk is easy to grasp quickly. Exceptional for someone just starting, and a breeze for anyone familiar with the software. Reporting is simple and comprehensive. Changing status of availability is quick and easy, accommodating to other work that needs to be gotten to.Training is a breeze, with new hires able to monitor ongoing calls of experienced agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional issues populating all available tab functions, but this is typically due to internet connectivity or web browser issues. Usually quickly resolvable and rarely hinders over all functionality. Ultimately all road bumps are passable, just sometimes requiring some time and potentially some professional assistance.

Managing inbound and outbound calls from the same app with comprehensive reporting.

Great Platform for my call center
What do you like best about the product?
I love as a department Manager in customer service all the analytics Talkdesk offers myself and my team
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature they do not have that I really would love is a whisper feature at the very beginning of the call process that says our companies name so my agents know which brand they are answering for since we have several brands we manage

The ability to manage our call and wait times with exceptional visibility

I like Talkdesk because it's simple to use. The design of it is clean and easy to use.

It can sometimes shut down by itself, but its easily fixed by restarting it.

would to nice to have a direct CTI integration with salesforce service console instead of a standalone app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to have desk phones. agents can work remote from anywhere with talkdesk.

What do you like best about the product?
The support that I received when I had an issue with calls not ringing was really responsive

Updates get made and then issues happen needing support.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company uses talkdesk and it is very simple and efficient! With the easy-to-use interface, Talkdesk is by far the most efficient and foolproof calling software I've ever used, and I've worked at a few call centers. Support responds quickly and fixes issues in a flash as well. I definitely recommend!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have connection issues, but I'm not sure if that is our internet connection or if its talkdesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the other call software I've used, this definitely takes the cake. Its fast to log into, it's simple, and it shows all data we need to run the day. Since I've been with our business, we have used Talkdesk the entire time. Talkdesk also works with us on adding features we could use in the future.

If you're looking for a quick call software that is simple to use and works well, this is it!

What do you like best about the product?
I like Talkdesk because it allows me to jump into a conversation for help on my time. I don't feel like I'm being harassed.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, I haven't yet encountered any negative experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get to an answer quickly without the antiquated phone volume wait time. Agents seem well trained to be equipped with answers.

If you don't want to tie to your phone, use Talkdesk for better time management.
