Easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
Since TalkDesk is a soft phone, I can easily transition from listening to music while I work, to making calls to customers with the same headphones. It's very easy to use and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific comes to mind, it's been very easy to jump into and use on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TalkDesk allows us to give the maximum amount of support functionality to our customers while taking calls and call handling.

Great tool for sales

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk ability to help streamline one of the most basic needs in sales is amazing. By being a global company with two headquarters and sales to over 90 countries, having a product like Talkdesk that allows us to call all around the world while documenting and integrating with Salesforce to log all the calls and notes, really supports our team to be as efficient as we can.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there isn't anything to dislike. There are some glitches to the chrome extension, especially when logging in, would just have to restart the login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problems we are solving is by catering our sales to a global market. Talkdesk gives us the ability to call into countries all around the world and tracks all the calls and notes from each of our sales reps.

Easy and intiutive tool

What do you like best about the product?
We are a new company that was born a year ago, from when we began to use this tool we noticed an improvement in the management and development of our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a problem in changing the call status, but it is solved manually

It has helped us in the management of the numerous calls we receive, helping us to serve them in the best possible time and thus increase our profits

What do you like best about the product?
the live dashboard is totally intuitive. the reporting section too has a lot to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
In another system that i used, we had a pre-queue section (showing callers before they get to the dial tone).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily routing calls to different agents. Monitoring live calls and even coaching on them has become easy!

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is a great software, has been reliable over the last 2 years using the platform and never any major issues.

Love the connection with Salesforce, logs all my calls, notes and disposition of call.

Great tool to listen back on past calls, download the audio file or ever live listen to other reps calls.

We are a global company located in Canada but can simply dial from a number of different country codes to ensure we appear local / reduce any long distance charges customers may assume seeing an out of country call come in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be honest, best system I have used.

The odd time you run into an issue with audio but simply close the chrome extension and open back up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Click to call direct from Salesforce - makes our lives so much easier to log all activity.

Multiple numbers to appear more localized in different countries.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Talkdesk to very reliable. It is also easy to use and intuitive. The voicemail drop is great time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times Talkdesk has trouble with it's caller ID function. It would be amazing if there was a talkdesk app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having multiple numbers and lines through Talkdesk we are able to appear local to a customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try! It is very easy to use and to install.

My only and best form of telecommunication on the job

What do you like best about the product?
Reliability! My office uses Talkdesk as its main form of telecommunication with our clients. I love that TalkDesk is always reliable for connecting with my clients. They have my dedicated phone number, they can leave me voice messages and I will be notified by email when they are need of my service. I also like that when I'm having issues with my web conference calls, I can rely upon Talkdesk to re-connect me with my clients, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about TalkDesk. I would like a feature where TalkDesk could automatically recognize the country code of the phone number that I input into the dialer. It would save me time from having to research this information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TalkDesk has made communication with our clients easy. It's great that the system integrates with all of our account management systems, including Gmail and Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Callbar extension! Super sleek & easy to use, and reliable. The call reporting feature is super helpful to have in realtime to know if a queue is building, and to easily see if a colleague is available when working in another location, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having call waiting feature if someone calls you direct. Or knowing easily that you had a missed call where someone didn't leave a voicemail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smart phone routing - when customers get disconnected and call back shortly afterwards, it routes to the agent they were speaking with!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure people understand all of the features it has to offer! Callbar extension, reporting, call monitoring, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Great integration with our CRM, Salesforce. We can easily answer, track, and assign phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if voicemails closed automatically when you call back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk has enabled our small company to centralized phone support at a reasonable price.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Talkdesk for all incoming and outgoing sales, onboarding, customer success, and support calls. The product is easy to use and report on. I like that all calls are recorded for training and customer support purposes. I also like their integration with Salesforce, which allows team member to dial directly from SF.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a better notes features that could possibly sync into Saleforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy tool to use for making and receiving calls over the internet.
