What do you like best about the product?
Easy to Pull data. I like using talkdesk because I can find the data I need quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I use Salesforce Talkdesk reports they take a long time to pull from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use talkdesk to understand how our customer experience team is doing.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like the most fromTalkdesk is that is cloud based and that allows for easy deploymentand scalability, reducing the extenisve on-premises infrastructure and maintanance.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is the pricing, some collegues may find Talkdeskpricing structure to be on the higher side compared to the other contact center solutions, especially for small business with a limited budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been solving our customer experince,Talkdesk is helping us deliver a better customer service experince by providing tools for efficienct communication and issue resolution in multiple channels.It enables agents to access customers information easyly reducing the need for customers to repeat the information and improving overall satisfaction. The great benefit we also receive is real time monitoring and supervision, Supervisors can monitor agents activities in real time, providing them with the oportunity to offer assiatnce or coaching to agents as needed.

sometimes it is down and i am unable to call potential customers

What do you like best about the product?
Talk desk ensure to provide transparent network in terms of calling. It has great customer service and is user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in specific however they should get an option to add conference call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There were times we were having call drops with smart desk but now talk desk has ensured to give us the best network for our business

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and shows your your availability. it helps me to see which of my agents are logged on to tab, and i can also see who is going to take a call next.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dont really have any dislikes because it gives me all i need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use talkdesk when taking calls. i go on available and rider call in to book a ride. i also use it to track my agent, i can view all that they are doing and even listen in to calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to see people's place in the call queue, as well as the call log of recent calls, how long those calls took, and being able to switch my status very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that they separated the pages for the call log and the reporting/agent queue segment. Also, if a mic disconnects during a call, the entire program pretty much crashes which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When sales reps call in to do validation calls for customers, we have an order of who is next in line to receive that call and perform the call for the rep. It's very easy and works all the time.

What do you like best about the product?
The calling feature and the easy to use feature specially while making calls and sending voice mail was amazing experience

Nothing much and I am enjoying using talk desk and all it's feature without any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in the customer support team and I am dialing the customer using the talkdesk and without any disturbance or other issues I can quickly help our customer

What do you like best about the product?
You can connect anywhere in the globe. I like the easy connectivity.
some people don't aware of the country code you can select the country and dial the number so easy to connect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find any error as of now hence no dislike at the moment so far.
Zero dislike.
to get notifications or statements by email like a monthly bill entire details we need so that we can keep it as a record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In today's world, we use WhatsApp as a shortcut to chat or call the unknown person.
IN talk desk we find this can be useful as officially communication to the client. We can add features to add messages if the person is not answering the call though.

What do you dislike about the product?
As it was made for professionals by professionals. While using it for a long time, I didn't notice any such features. Every option has its usage and justifies their purpose
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is the key to every successful business; not only is it an excellent tool for businesses when it comes to managing calls. The features are spot-on and make life a lot easier; as a result, successful communication becomes effortless. From a usability standpoint, it's fantastic. In short, if you're looking for an excellent call management solution that'll help keep your business running smoothly, Talkdesk is worth considering!
