Hassle free calling application

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly dashboard, call bar app and precise reports
What do you dislike about the product?
Website sometimes takes time to open and bulk number un-assignment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the migration from call bar to in built app for hassle free calling

What do you like best about the product?
1- Easy to use
2- User friendly
3- Easy to pull data
4- One place solution for outbound and inbound calls
5- Number assignment is good
6 - User creation is hassle-free
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such major disadvantage.
The only issue is the server takes time to load.
Other than this I do not see any disadvantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1 - One place solution for outbound and inbound calls
2 - The application and Website are both very user friendly
3 - The voicemail feature is fantastic as it creates a high possibility of connecting with the customer.
4- Fetching reports is straightforward. We can export live calling data like inbound and outbound calls, missed calls, total call time, etc.

Outstanding Calling Software

What do you like best about the product?
The new guardian app is wonderfully built, keeping admins in perspective and providing all the features in one place.
I am also using the talk desk as an admin and a supervisor.
Some of the features I like the best are:
1. Number assignment is hassle-free.
2. Building and managing teams is very easy and effective.
3. Reporting and dashboards make team management unchallenging.
4. Creating user-profiles and maintaining such as activation and deactivation is extremely easy and great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never noticed any disadvantages for a talk desk, but sometimes its website takes longer to load. if the webpage would load a litttle faster then it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Studio flow made life easier for the call center part, where the application handles all the primary tasks.
2. User profile creation and deactivation saves a lot of time, as instead of deleting a profile, we can deactivate once and re-activate at another time when needed.
3. Report and dashboard make management so easy that they collect the whole team's data on one page as per our requirement.
4. The calling app is straightforward, and the voice mail feature is fantastic.
5. Building teams and hierarchy management is easy; data extraction, such as fetching calling reports, live reaching status, dialed calls, missed calls etc., is easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy-calling feature and the user-friendly UI. The call id easily gets linked to our zendesk ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple logins. Rest everything is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business needs to connect with customers across the globe. Talkdesk has helped us to overcome this need of our business.

What do you like best about the product?
For the virtual environment, The enhancements have been a game changer. Having the ability to work in the virtual environment has been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The minor outages during business hours or the only downfalls, or if we need help after hours. There should be some support after hours to help those that use the platform after hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are not currently not experiencing any issues at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
I am currently working as Salesforce Administrator in an organization named Whitehatjr, and we also have a part of our project to take care of the Internal helpdesk team, which also includes assistance and troubleshooting for Talkdesk, including with other service providers like Exotel, salesken, AWS connect and of course talkdesk, I must say talkdesk stands out to be best and most convenient and easy to troubleshoot consider it has a wide variety of support and implementations
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to point out. However, the only suggestion would be to increase the browser's support when it comes to callbar extension support, ofcourse chrome is the preferred browser for many users. But many users still prefer to use safe and secure browsers these days, like Brave, or feature-rich browsers like opera's GX browser etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The app is really good and gives a very nice customer experience in terms of clarity and connectivity. The UI is simply superb and easy to operate its display gives a professional environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now all features are good and do not need any enhancement.

Best tool ever for calling

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless connectivity helps to record the calls. Connects the call without any interruption. The software is very easy to use and user-friendly. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would appreciate it if it give an opinion of dark mode. Rest every us is perfect for me. Keep it up. Thank you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to keep track of my call recordings. It also helps to backtrack my call history and call reports as well. I wish I had this software earlier with me.

Great solution for small or large businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
TalkDesk was easy to set up, the onboarding was thorough and the platform was easy enough to learn that it is now intuitive to rebuild flows on the fly as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting features don't apply to us, and sometimes a backward search to find a conversation has been difficult, but for the most part - it's beat the pants off Bell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved our calls to remote workers when trying to reduce the number of physical people in the building at the height of the pandemic. Now we use it to keep those customer service people remote and efficiently transfer calls across our business and remote work locations.
Plus, the way call flows are built, it is easy to add messaging to inbound calls... like when a water main breaks and a store location becomes inaccessible.
