Great
What do you like best about the product?
it's very easy to use, and always in a small window , so you can multitask.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the time starts but it doesnt ring

I always talk with the customers and is the best way to comunicate with them, so I can solve the problems faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it connects to my computer and all the country codes are in there so you don't have to worry if the client missed out on that.
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn't really been anything so far that I've found to be amiss in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of being able to have all the call numbers on record is really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
As a supervisor, I love how easily accessible everything is for me. Should I be monitoring my teams status, doing audits, changing status/call tree, etc. Talkdesk allows me to do all these things very efficiently and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever I am on wifi and not connected to ethernet, Talkdesk will often refresh on me should I not have it open for a certain period of time, causing me to be set to "login" status
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to monitor productivity of all of our agents. This has directly led to hundreds of very effective coaching conversations where we were able to showcase the gap between the desired expectation and where an agents productivity really lies.

Defintely try it out, you will not regret it!

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to transfer calls blind or warm. Consistently works efficiently and effectively - do not have any problems with dropped calls. Clear phone calls quality. The ability to sort and manage time on phones, call lengths, availability is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
the delay in the calls is sometime significate. It would be nice if we can warm transfer someone and have the ability to introduce them. Reorganizing phone numbers on the drop down.

Customer service calls and transferring to other entities

warm transfers that you can introduce your guest. Transcribed words/messages of the voicemail or while the call is happening

in general, the use of talk desk is very friendly it carries all the necessary module to be operated by anyone.
any job company operator should be able to manage and use talk desk for their company. anyone from the edge of 18+ should be able to manage to use talk desk without a problem. it carries a very light platform that does not required very large memory base space. any work application that makes the job day and work environment go on fast and smooth. everyone should have a peace of mind when talking about work applications.

What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes gets stuck and does not allow to release the call. it does not allow three-way call. ther is not a lot of option o dislike this talk desk service. is just that in general we are just users, we have limited information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
great benefits, good price for any company better than magic jack or another VOIP service that you may find in the internet. this is active and direct to our users as any other phone you will be able to make calls all over the world. It makes my work environment very easy and complex. I will defensively recommend talk desk even I could use it.

Talk desk app is very friendly to use with no problem. This is very easy to use application with a good price to any company that is interested in VOIP good price and reliable phone service.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly and I like that we can see the team's result

It runs a little slow and stats aren't always accurate. There are days when the total amount of calls I've taken is actually more than what shows on TD

We are able to talk to our customers using TD and sound clear both ways
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If it's for a company that has more production than a start-up, I would not recommend it. It seems to be a good platform for companies that work on a smaller scale but I wouldn't recommend it to companies that work on a larger platform

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate, very simple. Helps us on our everyday work routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sound quality can be better. In some cases there is cutting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are communicating with our customers internationally.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact that we are able to analyze on a very detailed level our call data. Before Talkdesk we really didn't have an idea of how many calls we were getting each day and how long it was taking us to get to them. Talkdesk has allowed us to gain better insight on that data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the biggest negative is its reliance on the internet. We have had connectivity issues before and that can be really harmful when they disconnect you from a call you are already on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to add a call queue which has been instrumental in us not sending customers
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a very strong internet connection. Since these are softphones it does require a strong connection to make sure it works properly. I would also recommend having a team test it out before implementing it to the whole staff as for us it was a big change going from traditional phones to talkdesk.
Makes collaboration seamless
What do you like best about the product?
Love that I can submit or review tickets easily and collaborate with our support team on issues clients are experiencing. It also keeps them organized and responsible for tickets, as well as helps to weed out calls that are fake or telemarketers, which helps our call queue remain more manageable
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally logged calls dont show, making it hard for me as an account manager to see current activity from our support center.

Keeping support reps accountable and organized so issue get resolved

I would definitely recommend trying it out if you want to improve productivity

Talkdesk has made our lives so much easier. The simplistic design and easy accessibility has been great.

Nothing at all, the fact that we can view statistics of who is doing what and for how long has been awesome.

We are able to manage our incoming calls and track statistics on everyone taking calls.
