Its a very reliable platform for all business needs and good support as well

There is nothing as such to not to like about

Have a business of calling multiple clients and it provides a very interactive platform with detailed reports

The updated and consistent communication between Talkdesk IT support and our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of time it took to resolve the issue.

We had issues with the reporting showing users with ignored and rejected calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and administration. The service is quick and provides a ton of offerings. One of the best things about TalkDesk is its ease of Studio Flow creation. This service lets us tailor our solution to our exact needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow to include new features. Several rudimentary features are missing from their reporting system. Their dashboards and reporting have been improved recently but are still very lackluster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a ton of clients and Talkdesk allows us to streamline our customer service experience in ways that previously were thought to be to daunting. Talkdesk's reporting feature also allows us to get fairly quick updates in terms of team workloads.

What do you like best about the product?
As a manager with Whitehatjr TD helps me to
1. Track and monitor agents' calls for quality and increase the team's productivity.
2. Call recording is readily available and accessible.
3. Convenient to track and maintain data and talk time reports.
4. Addition/deletion of the user is hassle - free.
5. Assigning numbers of specific geography is relatively easy.
6. Teams tab is a handy feature for effective team management.
7. With Reporting feature creating and maintaining a dashboard is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't faced any feature which I disliked. Every tab has its importance and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. TD integration with and CRM tool is seemingly smooth.
2. Accessing/downloading call recordings through CRM is easy.
3. Call quality especially with international numbers, is crisp.
4. Inbound call service and voicemail feature is something new I saw that other calling apps do not offer.
5. Tracking and evaluating the data of agents is easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is very user-friendly and has a beautiful interface, and it is effortless to connect with prospects. All calls get connected in one go, and you get connections very quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Calls automatically gets disconnected sometimes, and they may need to fix that bug. Team should provide more frequent updates so that we don't face much issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can connect to any prospect based out in any country very quickly, and it's a very smooth process. There is no need for Dialer software or VOIP software's any more.

Need good internet connection if the bandwith is low call drops.

What do you like best about the product?
Hassle free connectivity and the number of timezones available to connect with the customer.
Also whenever there is some issue with talk desk, the tech team is quick to resolve it and make sure that it does not happen again
What do you dislike about the product?
The website where we need to listen to the calls. It is not that organised and is very difficult to find call recordings of the earlier calls made. So this is one thing which needs to worked upon
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
earlier talk desk would crash frequently or the calls won't go through but now it is updated and there are no such issues which makes it easier to talk and to resolve queries in a more bet
