Really useful and great Salesforce integration
What do you like best about the product?
It makes my job so much easier being able to answer the phone anywhere at anytime. I really like that I can answer the call knowing who is calling me, so I can start prepared and come across well briefed to my client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes for using this application. I'd like to see it taken further to the next level and see how they can be innovative in this market and stand out above competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely, ability to take calls wherever we need to. Know who is calling us before we answer the call.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is super easy to use, the simple layout makes it easy to understand how it works. It also functions very quickly and it can be taken into use in just a few seconds. The quality of the calls is mainly good and I barely never have problems with the connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, but very few times that I can recall, the connection is bad and I can hear my voice echo or either it sounds like a robot. In these cases all I have to do is to call the client again and each time this has fixed the issue.

I contact daily employees of big companies.

What do you like best about the product?
Talk Desk is very simple to use and filters in to our Salesforce platform making it easy to log calls, track client information etc! Being able to transfer to colleagues easily is also really helpful especially when we are working from various different locations!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike! A few teething problems at the start but that was mainly due to internet connection not the application itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect to other colleagues quickly and effectively rather than taking messages / calling back etc! Also helps in being able to work remotely and know who is available and not at times, the status feature is super helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is a great software, easy to use, practical, clear voice, good connection and almost able to cover all over the world in a very good quality. Therefore, talkdesk helps us doing our duties in a professional manner and help our clients to get the benefit of our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ring tone is not changeable and the sound of no-answer is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good call is one of the critical success factors in our work as a customer service we need to support and help our clients in getting the benefit of all the details of our product in a professional way through the phone. Accordingly, the last thing we need is a bad call or bad connection and with talkdesk I have been able to do my job in the best way.

I haven't quite discovered a characteristic that I do not enjoy as yet.

I am able to talk to my customers and file our calls so I can retrieve them later and offer a efficient customer service
Easy but not globably escalable

user-friendly for a salesforce user and web version of dashboard offers historical view of calls made

In a minority of cases, some countries are not reachable "You are not permitted to dial to this country" or some have common audio disconnection problems (particularly when calling to their mobile phones)

Contacting many clients to motivate their satisfaction of the product (coaching and tutoring of the product)

What do you like best about the product?
the voice quality and how user-friendly it is to use, I have used many before but Talkdesk is absolutely the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the lead number does not show in the app, and that is because the number format is not correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
contacting our clients very easily and making the merge with other software easier and more fun.
Quick, Easy to use & reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can make international calls very easily and it works well for conference calls too. It's easy to use, pick up & transfer calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when the connection is bad, there is an obvious delay between talking / hearing someone on the phone. I also wish we had more call reason options.

Being able to work efficiently when working remotely.
