Outstanding
What do you like best about the product?
It is a system that is easy to use and convenient as you are able to get quality feedback. It can be used to manage and see agents status
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to frequently update and change status manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to improve customer experience as well as ensuring that everyone is able to measure their productivity within the business. Helps work force management to manage the company's productivity, checking the available status for agents.
The quality of the calls are good and very easy to use .
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of calls are excellent. The app is easy to use and very convenient.Talk desk is easy to navigate,making it easy for everyone to use and easy learn. The different colors of the aux codes are bright and attractive. .
What do you dislike about the product?
The aftercall wait time is small,making it difficult to write notes before going available.There are times were talk desk does not not correspond ,therefore you need to refresh the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talk desk is time efficient , making it easy to help the next customer and making the next customer on the line not to wait to long on the line.

I dislike the fact that its hard to think of any dislikes I have for the App.

The quality of the calls are very clear.
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to listen to calls. The app is very easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can my schedule be intergrated with talkdesk so if I'm exceeding it can have a pop up for me.

It helps me make calls with my seller's and be able to solve tickets

It makes it easy to complete calls while writing notes, it makes one job easy in remembering exactly what the seller what saying. we can also view our Quality scores with ease

When notes are completed, they sometimes do not reflect on Zendesk (our company system)

It helps the business by assisting customers/ sellers in making sales and generating income
TalkDesk is pretty user friendly.

The ability to view all sorts on ongoing statistics.

Sometimes calls cannot be heard, or they cannot hear me, calls get dropped and there are minor glitches in system. need to restart TD.

It it solving productivity issues in that we are able to track calls and also able the track quality scores and agent behavior

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is an advanced, user-friendly system. It offers broad features that can improve your personal and business skills. While on a call I can view my call quality, I can change my status, change filters, and view the number of calls made and received. I love the fact calls ring first instead of being auto-answered. I also enjoy the dashboard features where I can track my productivity. Live options, and having total control on how I want my dashboard to be filtered. Talkdesk also provides customer support, Frequently asked questions, demos, and training on how to use, it's completely easy to use, informative, and simple to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's absolutely nothing I dislike, Talkdesk is not complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can view call details, My activities, and contacts on the live app. All information is accessible to me without having to request it from a third party. I can work efficiently.

its the flexibility of the application and also the modern up to date features that helps us within our organisation to be able to work seamlessly within this application of talk desk

i love everything about talk desk as it makes my life easy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps solve performance tracking and data capturing of QA scores and reviews as i am able to access call recordings and have the review on the same page , we are able to pull call transcripts which are 100% accurate with the voice call, we are able to provide on the call feedback as we do live call listenings and immediate coachings with call recordings avalable to us instantly
Simplicity with a touch.
What do you like best about the product?
The way the system is so innovatively designed simplifies daily usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of at the moment that has a bad impact on me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The quality assurance aspect is simplified as we can access calls and evaluations much quicker than the historical methods which have like a 48 hour delay.
