What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to connect to the customer as it has auto dialer option.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime call drop before connecting to the call need to dial again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I raised the query to Talkdesk team they resolved it within the time frame.

What do you like best about the product?
Best part about Talkdesk is they make the world smaller for you to connect you to every corner of the world on your device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Talkdesk Mobile application can be more better and user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate about Talkdesk is how they constantly seek to develop and generate new ideas. Adding new capabilities that help us run our contact center better daily, hence lowering the amount of work we have to do and making it easier to manage, is a constant priority.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has no significant flaws. However, it would be wonderful to select online members without having to select each one separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the aid of ACW and agent statuses, we may gain insight into several KPIs in real-time. As an administrator, I may alter my agents' status and prevent them from ignoring calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk remains my #1 option due to its dependability, high call quality, user-friendliness, and integral role in my workflow. Understanding how the program operates is not tricky. The program is relatively simple, and controlling call flows is logical and clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time required to research and collect the necessary data is a challenge for me. It occasionally becomes unresponsive when attempting to view the results or request to access the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can communicate with folks from around the world and stay in touch with people. I can continue working without pausing for anything else. I can contact folks when they are engaged in other activities. The sound is crisp, and the user interface is intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to monitor the status of CX representatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can extract all of the reports, however, sometimes it takes time to download or generate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us monitor the calls between customers and CX representatives. Like duration or handling time to meet our Service Level.

What do you like best about the product?
TD is very easy to use, you can find all the dashboards in one section, listen to the recordings, evaluate interactions and send emails to consumers, all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new Workspace update is been causing a huge impact on our communication both text and voice, a little more development with their support will fix these issues as soon as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to bring closer our consumers and give them the opportunity to have meaningful interactions, the feature TD provides makes it unique, and our performance has increased by 3% this month.
