We are coming up to our 4 year anniversary using Talkdesk, we are very happy with the performance!
What do you like best about the product?
Year by year they are improving the visual space and making incoming and outgoing calls easier to follow. I also have high hopes for the reporting impovements they made over this last year.
What do you dislike about the product?
I pull reports from this product weekly and I am concerned about maintaining data in the same format with the new changes... time will tell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Talkdesk, we used network phones to manage our calls and now everything is in one place and I don't have to move through different data sources. At this time we have just made this our one stop location for all our calls.
i reccomand it to every employer to addopt it

I like the simplicity of the app and the feature of having the desktop app is the best
What do you dislike about the product?
should be more customizable, for example, to let you choose the color of the background of both versions: web and desktop

the main purpose of the app is communication between customers and employees of a company, this app achieves that goal in a professional manner

training sessions are very useful, everybody can learn how to use this tool easily by watching video tutorials

I did forget my password and I wasn't able to get a solution without the help of it guy to use again the app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
you can check to live the number of inbound calls and the status of each member of the team and this helps to avoid lost calls
it's a good app that i really recommend to everybody

i like that it needs minimum training to know how to use it, I like it is user-friendly also Like ringtones used

there are very often updates and do not give you any details about the new functions implemented in the new version or the bugs fixed by the update, as the majority of the apps are doing

having a simple-to-use application is helping me to work with pleasure and less stress this is also giving me a boost of performance

It has been user friendly for the first time users. Give us flexibility to generate the reports as per our needs.

There are times where we face network issues and there are call drops. It needs to work on it.

The most important part is that it is giving us an option to record all the calls and get access to it directly.

so far no issues from the talk desk sometimes it has glitches but nothing that other apps do not have

to manage, the calls in order, the program to listen to calls is fast at the moment of starting it

there isn't much that would bother me, only when one or another error appears but that is fixed quickly

It sometimes takes time to load when you first login.

I recommend doing the free training before using it so it's even easier to use.
