What do you like best about the product?
I am confident that Talkdesk will help me provide superior customer service and increase my company's revenue. The primary reason is that sales and support through text-only are not equivalent to other support applications involving voice responses. With Talkdesk, customers can clarify matters more quickly because of its richness of voice instead of just written responses. This saves me time by using an automated voice response system when answering the phone or resolving an issue, providing intelligent responses that leave no room for confusion or misunderstanding on the part of the customer, ultimately ensuring their satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insufficient filtering options exist when searching for calls. I require a filter to narrow search results by call duration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk makes it easy to keep track of employee progress and ensure everyone is meeting our company standards. I love the user-friendly interface, which makes it easy for my team to stay on top of productivity

What do you like best about the product?
I like you can use filters and the option to see in the activity when a contact called or was called. i like the simplicity of the app itself- i think this is the biggest advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
You don't have the option to check the list of persons who are in a specific status from the dashboard if they are out of your group. the are no skins you can use or colors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to provide specialized training due to the simplicity of the tool itself so this saves time and gives comfort to the employee that is using it. It's a must-have if communication with clients or internally is needed.

Perfect tool for growing Support

What do you like best about the product?
I find Talkdesk easy to use and implement. The system is straightforward to access, and I can easily find assistance for common issues. It's also interesting to see who called whom, when, how long the call lasted, what phone line was used, and what number was called. This ensures that our staff receives accurate information from callers. Additionally, the ID feature is helpful in situations where return calls are anticipated. Our team will then know exactly who to direct the call too. Plus, it's accessible to route calls within the company or between employees using this program, making things more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an intermittent problem with incoming calls failing to connect. Incoming call volumes that exceed the application's capacity are occasionally caused for concern, but are typically simple to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to efficiently greet customers and quickly resolve any issues they may have. This helps to create a positive customer experience, which is essential for repeat business. In addition, Talkdesk provides valuable data tracking and analytics that help us identify areas where we can improve our operations.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely user-friendly, easy to monitor calls and one of the best features of talkdesk is that it s aligned very well with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in specific, it just hangs a few times but restarting/refreshing fixes the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call monitoring - Talkdesk records every call made by different agents with great sound quality.
Business Integration - As a Sales Manager, most of the work done is on/through salesforce and Talkdesk is very compatible with it.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Talkdesk for a few years now, and it is by far the best phone service I have used. The interface is intuitive, whether you access it online or through the desktop client. And their customer service is excellent; every time I call or email them, I always receive prompt and helpful assistance. In all my years as a manager, I have never encountered such excellent customer support staff before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the report page will not load, and occasionally it will. To access the page, the tab must be closed and reopened. This is a problem for everyone who uses the reporting system, not just me. It is not always beneficial to delete cookies and browser cache.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We consider various factors when determining how and when to contact our clientele. Excellent for maintaining the sales team's motivation and success readiness!

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk's configuration interface is straightforward, making the creation of complex IVR flows a joy. Integrating with our customer relationship management system and other back-end databases is simple, making it clear to generate insightful analytics reports. Our dialing tools are so user-friendly that they have eliminated the requirement for desk phones among our users. Our team's output has increased due to the mobility provided by this feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
A distinct coloring represents each status in Talkdesk. However, the colors do not always correspond when viewing your statistics, which can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TalkDesk has assisted me in comprehending how my coworkers approach and solve problems. I have been able to assess my team's responsiveness to a variety of situations by using TalkDesk.

What do you like best about the product?
- I like the fact the app is user friendly
- I like the app has a web interface and also a xxxxx
- I like the options of having multiple statues that are marked with distinctive colors
- I like the fact that it has the option to save contacts , numbers, names.
What do you dislike about the product?
- I would like to have the option of adding contacts more detalied as email address, locations , client referance

- The application it's useful for communication with our client which this a must-have in my role in the company
- The application it's useful for correct time management as per statutes we can use in different need situations, you can see a daily, weekly, monthly report with the period spent in a specific status.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that is easy to use, and easy to log in and check your daily activity. it has an easy interface. you can check the numbers of outbound/ inbound calls in a specific period and you can also listen to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it has a bug because sometimes when you change your status from the window app (small window from the picture attached) it does not update the status in the application itself ( the one in the web browser) and you need to double-check the status, especially when you log in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- the app is created for communication which is essential in the business I activate even if it is with clients or with colleagues. definitely using the app the performance of the business was increased. from my point of view is one of the key tools in the company.

What do you like best about the product?
The Talkdesk app is very user-friendly and has great features. It allows you to make calls within your organization and keep track of them. The next time the user dials a pre-dialed number, even if the routes have not been saved, the intelligent system detects all previous actions, notifies the supervisor, and gives the user a real-time summary of the details, as well as suggestions on how long and what topics to discuss further. This makes it both engaging and useful in a business setting!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it crashes, there are technical problems, and there is an automatic logout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Talkdesk, I can see how my team is doing and where we can improve. My customers will be happier with a more consistent experience across all channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk's applications are extremely helpful in managing our customer service department. Being able to see caller ID, call history, call duration, and the number of online users at any given time is instrumental in tracking our performance and ensuring we provide the best possible service. In addition, being able to see the current level of service helps us adjust our schedule accordingly so that we can provide even better service. The fact that we can also see which calls are currently in a queue is beneficial, as it allows us to prioritize them accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We often encounter problems with SMS stability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk has helped our agents perform their duties more efficiently. We can transfer calls to other operators or phone groups quickly. Without this feature, we would not be able to operate nationwide.
