Talkdesk simple and the best calling app

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using talkdesk past 1 year now, it's fun working on the admin platform and also it is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with a slow internet speed of less than 10Mbps gives a lot of challenges with the call quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overseas connection with the customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to review not only mine, but my teams statistics. It's so helpful to know where you're improving and where you have opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be truthful, there's not allot I don't like. It's very intuitive and I love being able to adjust any and all settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's handy being able to track your day and see how much time you're on calls, in after call work, cases, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard section is very user-friendly. The report section is getting few good updates to customize reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forecast section has to be polished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Schedule management, customized reports to track agents' performance (schedule completion, adherence, etc.), quality evaluation reports, and coaching.
The ability to see a month back of an agent's adherence in their schedule view.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards, its pretty amazing that we can have everything together and edit them by ourselves; we never believed that was possible!
What do you dislike about the product?
When we started working with Talkdesk we didn't receive a proper training on how it works so I had to watch the videos at talkdesk academy to fully understand it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have all of our information together so this means I do not need to go to a separate website to download the reports and we are using an automatic dialer

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting page and how it lets me see my status and as well as that of my coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that it can be hard to work on so many different platforms.

It helps me place orders and walk customers through using out the technology.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get up and running fast. Support is very fast to resolve issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Phone product is still in early development so it's a little rough around the edges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining great visibility in to call metrics like campaign sourcing.

What do you like best about the product?
We like that you can manage the contact center ourselves. It's super easy to create your own IVR flows. The user interface is very easy to use, both for admins and agents. The standard reports are detailed. If you do need help, their online help center has everything you need. Their help articles are very detailed and their support team is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, we don't see any disadvantages of using Talkdesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk allows us to manage and create our own call center IVRs.

Cant have multiple lines or more than 30 seconds to accept a call

What do you like best about the product?
I can resolve any assignment/incident in a fast and timely manner without any crashes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to comment here. So far,so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking and making phone calls for internal customers and not only, listening to voice mails and reaching out to field technicians, communicating with the management team, keeping track of the work volume.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is by far the best application for customer service and related operations.
I have six years of experience in the customer support field, and I have worked with a couple of different apps before. I can easily say Talkdesk is the most prompt one.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized the platform is. It allows me to track my call metrics as a new employee and see my progress. It also allows me to compare my effort relative to my peers to ensure that I work efficiently. The tool is spotless and easy to use. Very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing bad that I could say! It's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized the value it brings to large companies that need to track their employee's call metrics and data. The phones operate very smoothly, and I rarely have issues.
