What do you like best about the product?
Talk desk makes it easier for us to make and take calls and it is very easy to use.Talkdest also allows us to view our Quality assurance scores easily,in that way we are able to monitor our performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment,I have not seen anything that I dislike about talk desk.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is fast and reliable, Sound quality is great, and if I need to go back to a call - I can use the recording feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are frequent disruptions and updates that users are not aware of until the next business day or so

I like the simplicity and more updated feeling/functions than the previous app!

Sometimes the AI does not understand accents from players and records wrong for the case.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about Talkdesk is how easy it is to use

There is not much that I do not like about Talkdesk

Talkdesk makes it easier for us agents by using its AI transcript for each call. It provides a summary of the call which can be very beneficial when you are on a long call and cant remember all details.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it gives me and my colleagues best many options to aux on , like lunch break , etc. I love the tittles when we disposition a call , where i get to categorize the type of call i was in . Most importantly talk desk doesnt jam or freeze , always working perfectly and fast . I also love how it gives us time (aftercall) to breath after the call and take down notes about the call. Its really easy to nevigate through it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing , so far it has been the great of greatest experience using talk desk .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talk desk has added more featurs like counting time before i go available for the next call . That gives me time to get ready for the next call . Talk desk has also added feature where i am able to see my coachings from my team leader .

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is a great platform and gives us everything we need, but Paul Handyside makes working with Talkdesk even better! Paul is the most efficient person I've ever come across working in IT!

Having to sanction the invoice :) Nothing I can complain about right now.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to transfer calls to other relevant departments within the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time given for the after call work feature is very minimal, it could be a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to receive calls from clients and also transfer some of these calls to any department within the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it changes your status automatically, but you still have the ability to change the status manually if neeed. I like the new AI feature as it helps speed up the wrap up times for calls. I really like that it types out the converstaions in text so you can go back and review if you need to while still in the call and right after the call without having to listen to the recording again. However somtimes the recording is needed so this is very benificial to still have the replay option.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reason I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 is it takes a long amount of time for the "activities" catagory to load after a call. You have to go out of after call work and then wait another 5-10 min before it wil load the call history recordings or the previous phone number that called. I also think somtimes the AI feature can twist things and is not always accurate.
