What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Good for doing incoming and outgoing calls
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of annything right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I am in a BPO industry, taking in calls and receiving calls are easy thanks to TalkDesk
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've been using softphones for over 10 years. I am not satisfied with most of it, but TalkDesk is very user friendly and I am definitely recommending it for all business owners.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Talk Desk is how user friendly it is. Even first time use was a breeze

Nothing to dislike. Can't really think of any downsides

We have an excellent dedicated customer success team who ensures all required help/assistance required is catered with quality output within no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike at Talkdesk for now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk is helping us manage international calls for our customers, we are able to derive fruitful reports & insights out of Talkdesk captured data which in turn helps us forecast & improve on our metrics.
Talkdesk has been fixing all the requirements on prompt basis & ensure customers are satisfied everytime.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They are highly professional with a matured set of talented folks who knows how to keep their customers happy.

What do you like best about the product?
PCIPAL product is the best one to take the card details from the customer without knowledge of the customer service agent as the card details are directly keyed in by the customer whilst they are on phone with the customer service agent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific. Recommend PCIPAL product.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Talkdesk is the constant search for innovation and improving the customer experience. There is a constant focus on launching new features that allow us to improve the day-to-day management of our contact center, reducing the effort and improving our management capacity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some gaps in the Portuguese market from the point of view of telephone numbering as well as some gaps in the API component regarding the live information of the platform. Another issue that Talkdesk should improve on was or support customers with more difficulties from the point of view of developing scripts to implement some functionalities/automatisms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently have no problems with the resolution. In terms of benefits, the possibility for our agents to serve our customers in different geographic locations and only with internet access, which at the beginning of the pandemic, allowed us to continue to provide service without any kind of disruption.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a solution that can be used anywhere in the world, easy to manage, scalable, and that is constantly evolving and providing new features, then you should choose Talkdesk.


Innovation, flexibility and amazing customer service

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure. Love the Studio tool to manage call flows. My favorite thing about Talkdesk is the velocity with which they work. Releases are often and useful. Talkdesk cares about the customer experience, not just the CX for me, but also the CX for my customers. Highly professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports are probably my least favorite thing to try to play with. We've been using Talkdesk for a while now and when it comes to building reports, it's just not intuitive and often the out of the box reports, while good, do not address all of my needs. Happy to build the report myself, but I feel like I'd need specific training on the report building tool in order to make use of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are lots of benefits that we have yet to realize (looking forward to enabling Omnichannel!). The problem we solved by moving to Talkdesk initially was to be able to control our own call flows rather than outsourcing that configuration to an offshore IT service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Choose talkdesk and you will be treated the way you treat your customers (or maybe the way your customers should be treated!)

It is easy to pull out the reports and make things easy for us.

The scheduling part of sending the reports,

Talk Desk has improved our talk time, and also it has helped us increase the CSAT score.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy-to-use it is. The Talk Desk app helps a lot in terms of not having to open it on a browser screen
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that sometimes when it is properly updated, it might crash a lot even on the browser version and won't let us answer the calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it's up to date, it allows handling our customers' interaction smoothly, which helps us keep a 100% service level most of the time.
