Outstanding Service
What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is a great platform and gives us everything we need, but Paul Handyside makes working with Talkdesk even better! Paul is the most efficient person I've ever come across working in IT!
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to sanction the invoice :) Nothing I can complain about right now.

Simplifies my role in making and receiving calls from clients.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to transfer calls to other relevant departments within the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time given for the after call work feature is very minimal, it could be a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to receive calls from clients and also transfer some of these calls to any department within the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it changes your status automatically, but you still have the ability to change the status manually if neeed. I like the new AI feature as it helps speed up the wrap up times for calls. I really like that it types out the converstaions in text so you can go back and review if you need to while still in the call and right after the call without having to listen to the recording again. However somtimes the recording is needed so this is very benificial to still have the replay option.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reason I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 is it takes a long amount of time for the "activities" catagory to load after a call. You have to go out of after call work and then wait another 5-10 min before it wil load the call history recordings or the previous phone number that called. I also think somtimes the AI feature can twist things and is not always accurate.

talk desk allows me to take calls without using a phone and only using my cumputer

it helps me get in contact with sellers and for them to get in contact with me so we can get the documents I need to get their sale approved

Contacts aren't always updated and cannot be located easily.

Adherence and timemanagement-Talkdesk effectively reports times in any status and allows for you to manage time as best as possible.

it allows communication between colleges to be easier so that everyone is up to date with every upgrades and changes within the work space

sometimes you are unable to see that someone had huddled you, there is no notification

Talk desk helps me track my performance and I can also listen to calls and see where I went wrong if I got a mark down on a call and also read all the comments on my previous calls .

It is easy to communicate using the talk desk and is used frequently, it gives the best quality call, records the call for training and quality and provides customer support
