User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Makes telephonic consultation easy, you can easily explore different features whilst on a call it also has advanced business toos
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes take long to put the correct Aux code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps track your productivity levels, and can easily refer back to a specific call you had that you might need to listen too again.

The best app for making and receiving calls especially in a workplace environment.
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a history of the calls that you have made and you can also listen to them. It also includes feedback from the quality team, all in one app.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot be able to make calls when the internet cable is not connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in providing feedback from quality teams from the calls that we make and you can be able to track your progress and see the calls that you have made and listen to them.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to navigate and very helpful when it comesto getting my montly scores. ease to use and very helpful when it come to intarecate with the sellers .
What do you dislike about the product?
you need to restart talkdesk every now and then. waht i alos disklike about the talkdesk it when i cant hear the seller

talkdesk do gives the quality scores, improves customer service - so see where and did my mistake and learn from them
My experience has been fantastic, great mobility and being able to receive feedback immediately.

The fact that I am able to receive feedback instantly.

There's not much really I can say except for that frightening notification while on a call.

Problems such as not being able to update status accordingly in line with what you are busy with at that moment, This is benefiting me well to a larger extent as I am able to Aux through different statuses throughout the day,

What do you like best about the product?
When using Talkdesk, I found that is was a great improvement from the app our team previouslu was using as there are many more features including the call back option. I also liked the call connection sound and layout of the app was better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one problem was the speech analytics not always determining certain words with different peoples accents and tones however it is great that we are able to update new phrases and make adjustments so that we get the appropriate credit for for meeting our business requirements during the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think a great part about Talkdesk is the the layout of the app and the many available functions, its just seems more up to date then our previous system.

Best when it comes to consolidation of reports, providing and capturing agent feedback after coaching sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times you get contradicting info, shows an agent as a different status only to find they are on another status e.g.: Agent would be on Available and on our side shows a different status

I have multiple report that I work with, that needs to be cross-referenced to realtime data. Talkdesk grants me access to multiple realtime/live reports that for better refencing.

after updating it doesn't ring for a few hours but does come around

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is a very easy-to-use app that allows us to speak to sellers in a clear and professional in a way that makes it easy to daily out and receive inbound calls. We also get alerted when calls come in which makes it easy to assist sellers
What do you dislike about the product?
- Sometimes we do not get alerts when calls come in which leads to missed calls. We sometimes experience network issues that leads to missed calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk solves the issues of sellers waiting for a long period in the queue to get their calls answered.
Talkdesk alerts us as agents when a call comes in with the name of the sellers making it easy to open their profiles and assist.
