The experience is great

What do you like best about the product?
Calls are recorded you able to go back and retrieve the calls.You can inform your employer/colleagues of your where abouts by auxing. The platform has tabs for different activities it is ease of integration. The platform is user friendly it is easy to navigate therefore is is easy to implement. You are eble to expand your knowledge of it by taking the training provided on it on Training collections. I work in a callcenter environment there it is used frequently and their support team is always available for assistance when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have a video feature therefore it cannot be used for video calling for conferences/meetings etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We able to communicate with our clients, we able to add notes of the conversations that we can excess easly. We can monitor each other as colleagues so do our employers.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk notifies me when I need to aux my breaks since I use it everyday from 08;00 TILL 17:00. It gives my access to go and check my quality scores for the month. It is easily acessible and effortless to use.

The amazing part is it helps me track my absent or present hours for the day, adherence and also able to go and check my department's service level and available times to track our progress for the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It logs me out once in a while however that is not much to make me dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps for management to track your adherence for that specific day so you will not be short of hours or owe the company hours.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk helps me view firstly monthly stats with regards to QA's scores per line on business. It helps to load coaching and recording QA's. I recently found that I could load coaching opportunities for other lines of business and download the coaching forms as well. We also use it for service level graphs and can personal to your own team or multiple teams . Great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Training - We could of had training to make use of the software to its full potential, nothing to dislike about the software itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps leaders daily at the ease of doing their jobs, it shows you the peers that out of time with states in the call center, It also helps with QA management and gives insights to the team, The tool helps support, guide, and develop our people with ease and saves time.

The ability to view all sorts on ongoing statistics.

Sometimes calls cannot be heard, or they cannot hear me, calls get dropped and there are minor glitches in system. need to restart TD.

Call back ability. ease of use. records of stats.

What do you like best about the product?
The way the system is so innovatively designed simplifies daily usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of at the moment that has a bad impact on me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The quality assurance aspect is simplified as we can access calls and evaluations much quicker than the historical methods which have like a 48 hour delay.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk has easy navigation, Every tab is easily assceible from wherever you are on it. Explore app connect feature making it easy to navigate. Equally it variety of reports make it easy to always be updated on stats
What do you dislike about the product?
Talkdesk has a lot of latenecy. Load times when going from tab to tab or opening reports is long. Most reports load for long. Averaging more than 2 seconds when switching from tab to tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acess to Real time reports, As a team leader I need to get my agent's stats on a regular. The reports on talkdesk allows me to get the data real time instead of having to wait for WFM or Quality to send the updates.

I Like that i am able to listen to calls immediately after an agent finishes the call

I do not like the intermittent latency issues I experience at times

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is very efficient, it does not only record the calls made but it keeps that record and with a few steps you can access those calls. I like Talkdesk because it is forever evolving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Talkdesk notification are silent, it would be helpful if the notification had sound as it would work better as an alert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk is easy to use and easy to learn it solves the most important issues, time. Talkdesk saves time by its efficiency
