What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and seamlessly integrates with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always recognize the number that is calling to pull the contact the number is associated with. This is not usually the case and only happens occanssionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for me to take calls from anywhere, not just at my desk.

What do you like best about the product?
I can work from home. Recorded calls are really helpful in my industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
It times out from inactivity quickly sometimes so it takes a while to reload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes working with my clients so much easier. Love the call history and voicemail features

Easy to use inbound/outbound call service for small business

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is great in providing our company the fundamentals in a calling service: inbound, outbound, quality sound, recordings, hours/voicemail, and the ability to have multiple agents. Talkdesk support is always available to help should issues come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a small business, it's important a feature like this remain simple yet effective. We do not have any dislikes at this time. Talkdesk has been a very useful and professional tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to communicate with our customers using Talkdesk. Quality of sound is important for training calls that can last up to an hour.

Easy to use, pretty good call quality

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the app is easy to use and has pretty good audio quality. I can always hear the other person really clearly. The app is also easy to deploy as a system administrator. I also appreciate the occasional updates, it shows that the application is not falling behind and always looking to improve, even if we aren't seeing issues. The update process is also fast and almost unrecognized by most of our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes customers have issues hearing me on the other side. This is usually resolved with hanging up and calling again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues are sometimes there are issues with people saying I sound choppy. It's nice that I can take calls from my laptop and I can use any headphones that connect to my laptop for sound and mic.

There is really nothing I dislike about the Talkdesk software.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a startup so we have beginner agents. The interface is really easy to use and allows for flexibility on how we want to structure our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. I think there are limitations with integration but there is enough to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to route people, easy to provide different experiences to different customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to link calls with Salesforce to have all the data on a single platform. Having all the customer information with their phone numbers is an easy and quick experience.

I also like that phones from all over the world can be linked.

We currently have it linked in 3 international projects and it is very easy.

By being able to link with accounts, we can have different contacts within the same account, so large companies are registered by their phone at each of their locations.

I can control the call time per agent, which allows us to measure the work of each agent separately and the traffic of each phone line.

The automatic responders are very useful, although it might be interesting to make them dynamic and connect them with Salesforce's EINSTEIN AI to achieve better engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would improve the report and dashboard section to have even better control over everything that happens with our potential clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to talk to our B2B clients and have them in Salesforce accounts. Being in the optical market, it is of great help to us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The ease of synchronizing with other applications like Salesforce, very useful for connecting with your accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Implementation was a breeze and the knowledge base is extremely helpful and thorough. There are so many features make assessing quality assurance easier and more straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to be able to customize the warm transfer process more than we are able to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to view live reporting and engage with our agents in real-time.
