TalkDesk makes managing large teams easy
What do you like best about the product?
Live reporting screen is easily customisable so you can keep track of what is important to you. You can also pull lots of different reports for all your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to see when an agent was set to which status without having to pull the data, rather than just what proportion of the hour they were set to each status. The individual graphs that show that an agent was set to (e.g.) available for 20 minutes during 9-10am are useful but I want to know WHEN they were available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to tackle issues of productivity by easily tracking each individuals performance with great ease. Not only can I track how many calls they are making, but I can easily track how long they are spending on and off the phones, among many other things.

What do you like best about the product?
TalkDesk is very easy to use and is typically always online, with very little downtime. The metrics are always helpful for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many thing that I dislike, it intergrates well with our system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our team to more effectively cover the inbound calls due to displayed metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set up different ring groups within teams makes the facility ideal to use throughout the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing settings can be a bit tricky however their customer service team are always able to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving from hard phones to an online system throughout the whole company making it easier to transfer calls both between departments and offices.

Talkdesk is fantastic since it allows us to choose which region you want to call from so you can be a local caller

Sometimes it acts a little weird, but like any application, restarting it once in a while does wonders.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to identify who is calling through the Talkdesk callbar. I have it up on my screen all day so I do not have to have an extra tab open in my browser
What do you dislike about the product?
We have run into a couple of hiccups with cases being created post-calls. Talkdesk has since released a fix
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy and direct way for the support team to communicate with clients calling in. Talkdesk allows us to transfer calls between agents, and put clients on hold/mute when necessary
Efficiency in managing and documenting phone communications.
What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to bring communications to a single platform. Using it to make reporting more accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to get everything set up to accomplish what we needed. Basic transition definitely takes some time.

The ability to have accurate reporting on all calls and having each calls dispositions and accomplishments recorded.

Talk Desk is so easy to use and dependable.

I wish there was a way to see the last number that called me directly in the App.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can call straight from my computer with a wireless headset. No need for a desk phone.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and accessible Talkdesk is! You are easily able to revisit calls, find contacts, look at when they have called, and so so much more. Talkdesk makes my job so much easier and I am able to put time and effort into other things because Talkdesk helps provide so much!
What do you dislike about the product?
This issue didn't happen often (like once every three months), there is a case that doesn't autogenerate in Salesforce and it is because they had a contact deleted. Talkdesk though was able to fix it so there is nothing to dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are endless. My favorite is being able to listen to back to phone conversations that you need to revisit because there was a lot of information discussed over the phone. This is amazing and I have used this feature too many times to count.
Helpful for SDR teams
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked is that it enabled my SDR team to easily log their calls in Salesforce without having to go through a manual process of logging tasks. It sped up their workflow and allowed them to make more cold calls and concentrate of revenue generating activities
What do you dislike about the product?
I wasn't the main admin but eventually got admin access. Maybe having the backend admin page be a little more intuitive would have been helpful. After playing around with it I was able to do what I needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of SDRs spending too much time logging salesforce activities, not having localized dialing, and not having calls recorded for training
