User-friendly and robust
What do you like best about the product?
The Reporting dashboard provides in-depth metrics for our team, and locating call history, recordings, and other information is quick and easy. The Callbar app is simple to use and overall, the tools are straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Callbar app can be a bit shaky at times and drop calls, though that it sometimes due to connectivity issues. Another issue that comes up is the Callbar attempting to send a new call through while connected to an existing call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Talkdesk across several internal teams makes helping our clients very simple and efficient. The Salesforce integration allows our teams to track client communication easily and provides quick links to call recordings or other information in Talkdesk. Monitoring activity levels and calls when necessary is also extremely helpful.

you can connect anywhere with wifi which you can work anywhere

if wifi is gone TD is gone which is the bad side

The connection can occasionally drop, plus, it's till a bit daunting to identify the difference between multiple records with the same name.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and seamlessly integrates with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always recognize the number that is calling to pull the contact the number is associated with. This is not usually the case and only happens occanssionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for me to take calls from anywhere, not just at my desk.

I can work from home. Recorded calls are really helpful in my industry.

It times out from inactivity quickly sometimes so it takes a while to reload.

Easy to use inbound/outbound call service for small business
What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is great in providing our company the fundamentals in a calling service: inbound, outbound, quality sound, recordings, hours/voicemail, and the ability to have multiple agents. Talkdesk support is always available to help should issues come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a small business, it's important a feature like this remain simple yet effective. We do not have any dislikes at this time. Talkdesk has been a very useful and professional tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to communicate with our customers using Talkdesk. Quality of sound is important for training calls that can last up to an hour.
Easy to use, pretty good call quality
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the app is easy to use and has pretty good audio quality. I can always hear the other person really clearly. The app is also easy to deploy as a system administrator. I also appreciate the occasional updates, it shows that the application is not falling behind and always looking to improve, even if we aren't seeing issues. The update process is also fast and almost unrecognized by most of our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes customers have issues hearing me on the other side. This is usually resolved with hanging up and calling again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues are sometimes there are issues with people saying I sound choppy. It's nice that I can take calls from my laptop and I can use any headphones that connect to my laptop for sound and mic.

The integrative technology has been extremely helpful and resourceful. Whether it is a busy or a slow day, I know that I can always count on this fantastic technology.

There is really nothing I dislike about the Talkdesk software.

Really Good Platform
What do you like best about the product?
We are a startup so we have beginner agents. The interface is really easy to use and allows for flexibility on how we want to structure our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. I think there are limitations with integration but there is enough to make it work.

Easy to route people, easy to provide different experiences to different customers.
