What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very easy to use and has all the required features for an awesome contact center solutions. The reporting is more robust and very helpful to review the stats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike yet. The application is awesome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that it's super easy to use, it literally took a few minutes to learn how everything works. Plus the widget is amazing for quick calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforece integration is fantastic. Reliability of platform, all of the features that we could need like Interactive voice response, Customizable call queues and Automatic call distribution!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! There's nothing currently that we would like to improve. Solid support team & product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. Have enjoyed using Talkdesk for several years now.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that all features and services run smoothly to where rarely technical support is needed but when it is the case we get a response within a minimum amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest we have used it for many years and it is hard to answer what I dislike because there is not anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Talkdesk we are resolving issues reported by professors and students for all Vista Higher Learning platforms and sites. The benefits we have realized are endless.

sometimes didn't allows you to transfer the calls to another extensions.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that the call bar, itself, is on it's own separate tab and it is not stagnant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that in order to change your status after a call you have to click the button on the bottom of the call bar, sometimes if you're not quick enough you will get another call before making the appropriate notes on the previous call you took.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk helps make everything transparent

I would advise changing the status bar

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ability to swap between Web and Widget mode, it really makes it handy if we are experiencing issues with the widget app, but still need to make calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, although it would be cool if the widget could be built out a bit so we don't need to keep the web app open to review calls and answer voicemails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The web app does have loading issues where it won't refresh, even after clearing the browsers cache, so it gets stuck on a loading loop. This can sometimes be fixed by closing the tab and re-signing in, but that does not always work.
It is super useful for reviewing prior calls in case we missed something when noting client accounts, so we can always go back to make sure we noted everything important that was discussed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The software is very useful for reviewing prior calls and ensuring we can set our status to what is needed at a moments notice.

What do you like best about the product?
That we don't have to use actual phones, the avaya is a really bad system compared to what Talkdesdk is able to do with all the possible options, besides the fact that you can transfer to groups, specific people, or anyone available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, Talkdesk is pretty awesome and it's very effective!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The dispositions are really helpful. You can save the contact names, phone number, also you can transfer to calls to different ring groups or to a specific person which is actually pretty amazing, I've been in jobs in which people required to speak with someone directly and no one has the chance to help him/her with that, now we can!
Recommendations to others considering the product:

What do you like best about the product?
Live reporting. User friendly interface. Great tool for training new employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a very slow log-in time (+1 min)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Live reporting is great! Inbound and outbound reporting is great!

What do you like best about the product?
It is modern and easy to use, it has good image and sound as well. I like that they keep it updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should have the option to take screenshot when we are experimenting red issues

It works so much better than the other services for a call center, it makes it easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I am able to interact with customers so easily and stress free. It makes dealing with issues and customer engagement the primary focus. It is widely used across all departments in my company
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike nothing about talkdesk other than minor issues that crop up such as if you have talk desk open it two tabs it can glitch. However that is the users fault rather than talkdesks issue

Talk desk has greatly impacted my work - it solves all customer queries and gives a direct channel where customers can contact us to resolve issues/give feedback
