Excellent Integration with SalesForce!
What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk integrated seamlessly with Salesforce for our team of over 120 people! No issues reported for Talkdesk, but whenever we have any questions Talkdesk reps respond right away! This integration allows my team to stop going back and forth between different programs to make a call or notate an account. Talk desk is a very intuitive program; No guessing games here!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issues to report about Talkdesk at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team no longer has to manually switch between platforms when working a single account, making our efficiency and output increase.
It's a great phone service to use, very user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
The sound quality is great and its very easy to transfer and pick up the customer after on hold.
What do you dislike about the product?
it sometimes can make it so you cant answer it. and calls will automatically drop without knowledge there was a call.

I love that i dont have to use a hard phone at my desk.

Easy to use, and user friendly.
The user interface is simple and easy to use for the day by day tasks.
Configuring and activating new users is straightforward and effective.
The possibility for the new users to join the calls as listeners is very useful for new joiners.

Some downsides might be the fact that there is not an easier way of retrieving old calls.

I didn't face any particular issue on Talkdesk that affected my work.

Helpful Professional Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard allows me to see what my team is doing. I can get a quick snapshot of my entire call center by viewing the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a couple minutes for the recorded call to display in the "calls" tab. It would be great if this time could be a little shorter, but it definitely does not inhibit my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk allows me to go back to conversations I've had with guests as many times as I need. If I forget a detail about a conversation, I am easily able to go back and listen to the entirety of the phone call.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Talkdesk makes it for its users to navigate through the website in order to ensure a smooth experience when dealing with high volume clientele. This is important in the type of industry our company is in as we do work very fast paced.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality of the dial pad. Being able to instantly start typing the number using our keypad instead of having to click where the number should go makes the process of using the system faster and less tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk always ensures our customer satisfaction and wait time are within our target! I love how easy Talkdesk makes it for the managers to listen in on calls for quality assurance.

I would definitely recommend Talkdesk ti others!
User friendly phone platform for making and receiving calls.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use Talkdesk brings to my every day work. It's simple, but makes my job 100 times easier! I would recommend any call center to utilize Talkdesk. Whether you are making outbound calls or receiving inbound calls the quality of sound is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
When making outbound calls on Talkdesk before the update all you needed to do was click on the number and Talkdesk would start calling. The new update does the same thing, but a window is prompted asking you to click to confirm making the call. Although I think the feature is great, I would love to see an option to disable it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently not solving any problems with Talkdesk. Right now the purpose of Talkdesk in our company is to receive calls from customers and make outgoing calls.

Give Talkdesk a try if you are looking for a new call platform.

I like the way I can handle my time by creating reports according to my needs, Is a complete program
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes, it takes a long time for talkdesk to create some specific reports, or when we choose specific time frames it might take a while, I actually don't think that talkdesk has a negative impact at all, once you know how it works it is just matter of organizing your requests according to the time it takes to generate them. Also it would be great if it could capture screenshots on what people is doing while being monitored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm being able to monitor real time, as well as create reports and do my phone time all in one, It gives me the opportunity to constantly learn since it has support and training options, they are for free and all the trainings are really useful. I feel engaged with the program and I am not tired on learning a new thing every day
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Talkdesk will make your life easier by letting you get what you need and more, it has a variety of features that will give you the chance to reduce the time you spend looking for information when using several programs, it is a complete tool to engage us with or daily duties by simplifying everything

Talkdesk is very easy to use on a daily basis.

If connecting with Wifi then sometimes there is a brief lag but none worse than any other system
