What do you like best about the product?
As Customer Service Agent, stable and clear connection is key and I think it has one.
What do you dislike about the product?
All good, doesnt have much to say, pretty solid
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we rely on the queue and info, i think it gives us enough

Easy to access and very helpful especially within our organisation.

Easy to make and take calls with great quality and good network.
What do you dislike about the product?
it sometimes does not want to disposition after call which makes it hard to locate activity done by an agent before you if not notes left.

Easy to make calls and view my quality score using talkdesk.
TalkDesk is a great addition to our job
What do you like best about the product?
The transcription aspect of Talkdesk is amazing, all information releating to the call is in transcripts which you can read to guarantee the accuracy of your notes. The ease of integration is extrodornary as it maintains call consistency which makes customer support calls more accurate and consistant. This product is very easy to use and navigate the dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection issues which involve not being able to hear the caller.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk solves any issues regarding playback, as we are able to read the transcript any information that was missed is in the transcript feature eliminating the need to play back a call to retrieve information. This feature makes our job more efficent and enables me to spend more time with my customers than listening to playbacks.

What do you like best about the product?
When receiving a call, Talkdesk is able to provide you with the contact's information provided on the link work app. In that way one can prepare themselves for the rest of the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Talkdesk will put you offline when least expected and change the status auxed without notifying sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to contact the person whom we a providing the service to. We are able to search for a call made using Talkdesk to listen and manage customer service. Quality of calls is assured and feedback is given when profile are verified.

gives good interaction between sellers and agents also helps in showing ones work productivity as well as analysis of the evaluation.

it's sometimes very behind with updates, however, that doesn't stop the flow of calls and work progress

customer centric. talkdesk also promotes business acumen skills as it gives overall work productivity for individuals and as per team.

It takes to long to respond to calls and can drop calls sometimes

Taking calls and allow for the ease of capturing data and ease of use while on calls

I like that it is fairly easy to use and works well for connecting with customers or colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I would say I dislike really. However, talkdesk sets your status to offline when it doesn't have access to a microphone which can negatively impact your productivity.

TalkDesk is innovatively changing the way we work daily and as a daily user, I find that I am always learning about a new feature that simplifies my daily work life.
