What do you like best about the product?
I do use Talk Desk frequently which comes with several features
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it to be far from ease of Implementation as all the other features are a little difficult to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talk Desk Has solved manual dialing making it easier to execute and to get through the workload

What do you like best about the product?
Real-time interaction with clients. The call recording feature and contact storage capacity.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there is nothing to dislike, more improvements over time will make the software one of the best in the competition.

Talkdest makes dialing clients fast and effecient with the advantage call recording for later assessments.

What do you like best about the product?
The talk desk has made assessing simple, where we can get a call to listen too and a scorecard to mark as real-time feedback to the agents as they will get their scorecard in real-time, and listen to a call same time. Also, populate other stats; like most markdowns and stats for the data month year. Also easy to track customers' call history, and populate sellers' information when they call in as that eliminates time to request sellers' information. Easy, informative, and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Experiencing system issues where will take time to load or populate information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The talk desk offers all the neccessary requirements when assessing call, providing feedback and looking for stats and most/common fails/errors

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is human-friendly, easy to use and navigate, and reporting is easy to understand and very much simplified. The quality and division between a customer and an agent are great. We can use it anytime and open more than one tab of Talkdesk in one go. Customers rarely complain about issues or connections and it is easy for them to hear and understand the agent on the call. The line is clear for the customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge with Talkdesk is that when loading activities takes a long time, transcripts are unavailable on some outbound calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI or transcript, transcript benefits me and make listening to calls easy and understandable. I can always go back and search a part that I may have missed out on while listening to the call. It is easy to double check words that are being mumbled on the call and it is easy to follow time stamps with the transcripts.

sometimes talk desk is slow and can be changed to available whilst on another call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to leave voicemail and check the last number you have called in case you have to call the customer back.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to navigate, always updates of our scores so we stay updated, it is very easy to start every single day

sometimes it blickers making it hard for sellers to hear to us

talkdesk makes it easire for us to commmuicate with our sellers, makes things very effectient, and we can easily navigate through talkdesk and that makes it easy to make our sales on a daily basis

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the best about talkdesk is the New Copilot Feature. This is super helpful if you did not hear the customer or what to look back at your notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dilike about talkdesk, is the cache issues that can cause issues with our dispositions or our Mics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk provides us a helpful phone application to speak to our team members and to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Talk desk makes it easier for us to make and take calls and it is very easy to use.Talkdest also allows us to view our Quality assurance scores easily,in that way we are able to monitor our performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment,I have not seen anything that I dislike about talk desk.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is fast and reliable, Sound quality is great, and if I need to go back to a call - I can use the recording feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are frequent disruptions and updates that users are not aware of until the next business day or so
