What do you like best about the product?
The Talkdesk software is very user friendly and integrates efficiently into every day work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
As technology does, it breaks. On occasion, we have experience call outage or call drops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned, Talkdesk has created a streamlined process with a dialer to efficiently manage work flow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Aside from the ease of use and navigation, what really stands out when it comes to Talkdesk is the level of customer support. It is so important for companies to provide efficient and effective service, and Talkdesk does just that. Very rarely have we had to wait long to have any issues resolved.
Talkdesk is Simple and Straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
i like how simple it is to use. it's not confusing and doesn't take any time to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
i honestly cannot think of anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy for it to integrate with salesforce. it's easy to make calls and makes the process very easy.
Talk desk is fast and reliable!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Talk Desk for hundreds of calls daily and have found it to be a fast and reliable service for getting in touch with our customers and tracking past calls. We are easily able to search for callers and listen to previous calls quickly which is very important for Domio's customer service ratings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I will need to restart my call bar app if another agent answers a call very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to communicate with our guests during lock outs and semi emergency situations which provides comfort to our guests. We are also efficiently able to call back any missed calls immediately which our guests are always impressed by!

Talkdesk is easy to onboard for new staff members and functions smoothly
What do you dislike about the product?
No way to edit dispositions, bc our team works at a quick pace, they do occasionally not fill out these details. We would appreciate a way to edit these submissions

Getting our clients fast answers while using our team members' time effectively

really good tool to talk to my customers and avoid paying high prices when calling using a local simcard, I can call from whenever I am just by using Wifi and thats it

nothing at all, it meets all that I need

Making everything just a little bit easier
What do you like best about the product?
Connecting a person's phone call to their person account with just one click saves a TON of time that i normally would have had to kill by making idle small talk while i searched their name. Now it's all straight to the point!
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor functionality issues that every application has, nothing particularly bad about TD whatsoever!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves a ton of time, and it's great to be able to find recorded phone calls so quickly
Great Connectivity / Spotty Connection
What do you like best about the product?
I love how It connects to all important applications and softwares we use. It makes keeping notes, and issue tracking very simple, and readily available from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been latency issues with my personal usage. Delays in when I talk to customers response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Service reach outs, and communications between different outlets of business. Brokers, and Orginizational communication to solve issues for buyers and sellers. I have realized it makes keeping track in our CRMs very easy.

I love that Talkdesk is so user friendly and it makes my day go by so smoothly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I love Talkdesk! I use it everyday and it makes my workday go by with ease!

Talkdesk helps me keep my work day organized and transitions between calls so easy!
Talkdesk is easy to use and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, and the callbar option for Talkdesk. We use both the callbar and Talkdesk in the browser and they are both easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I experience some issues with TD that are usually resolved by signing in and out, or by closing it completely. Currently I'm experiencing an issue with the call back where it automatically sets my callbar to "Available" when I'm not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We depend on Talkdesk every single day to track our dispositions, time spent in dispositions, receiving calls, and calling out to customers.
