TalkDesk is great!
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is simple to set up and to use. It has been reliable 95% of the time. I love that I can work from anywhere and receive calls forwarded to my cell phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could set up additional logic for incoming calls such as round robin instead of just having the phone ring to a group of people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to set up a line for people to call in. I enjoy that TalkDesk helps us to answer the phone very quickly because it will ring everyone's phone at the same time and it's first come, first serve. Helps to create a competitive environment.
Simple but Effective Call Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the record keeping in Talkdesk that allows you to see all previous calls, listen to the calls, and keep a thorough contact list.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest limitation is the lack of a plug-and-play integration with Client Success which is part of our relationship management solution. I know you can integrate Talkdesk with CS but there is some custom dev work that needs to be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, simplicity is the key for us. We want to manage our calls and have full call records easily at hand so anyone can investigate call history and phone records if needed. Either for accountability or for referencing customer needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to use the roles effectively for call routing and accountability.

Talkdesk makes reporting, tracking and connecting with clients easy with an intuitive UI and visually simple display.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the user scope, I find no issues with Talkdesk on a day to day basis.

Talkdesk lets you easily connect with customers, allowing seamless communication and data collection.

We have really enjoyed the ease of use and user friendly layout.

So far no complaints! We love Talkdesk and so far have no further features needed.

Talkdesk has boosted overall efficiency and has positively effected our workflow.
Great User Experience!
What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best call center programs I've used for maintaining statuses and taking calls. It's clear, clean, and visually appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
User-error is my only issue, especially when it comes to forgetting to change a status. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to edit these stats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is keeping our call center easily taking calls and managing time between work.

This is a great program for reps!

Can be expensive! We have a lot of users so this adds up quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
For my purposes, being able to see any live calls, see who's available and see how we are meeting goals when it comes to serving clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their Application functionality is very simple, and often times we have some issues connecting with clients. Would like an in-house VoIP option for mobile use which currently talkdesk does not provide
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to answer more phone calls and avoiding clients not waiting for someone for assistance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a user-friendly software, it works well and it does allow for any of those on it to be able to support whatever community is needing service

What do you like best about the product?
I love how we can easily go back and listen to all of our calls. I also love the extension into salesforce. it makes it really easy to dial quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! I wish the reporting was a little easier to build but the Ytica dashboards are great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
many many many users for a low cost! we need to record the calls for quality assurance. we have also integrated with our backend system to easily review calls on our "admin"

Great Product...Great Service Support
What do you like best about the product?
I can't say enough about the customer support...it's refreshing to know when a tech tells you that they are going to look into a problem for you...they not only do that, but they get back to you in a timely fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't any major concerns as of yet. I guess the only issue I have as of right now, is the Callbar's limitation in regards to the "favorite" contact section. Each rep cannot have one of their own. Also the reporting is not customizable as I would like to see it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far my team is far more efficient in handling and making calls and I have seen a difference in their daily performance progress.

Talk a look at Talkdesk...it might surprise you
This cloud based telephone platform is very good.
What do you like best about the product?
The administration panels are easy to use and change settings. It integrates easily with my CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have a re-dial feature so that I can call the same number repeatedly with just one mouse click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In general it speeds up my work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simply go forward and enjoy the experience. Managing the account has been easy with a good customer experience.
