Talkdesk a way of the future
What do you like best about the product?
I like Talkdesk because it allows me to jump into a conversation for help on my time. I don't feel like I'm being harassed.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, I haven't yet encountered any negative experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get to an answer quickly without the antiquated phone volume wait time. Agents seem well trained to be equipped with answers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't want to tie to your phone, use Talkdesk for better time management.
Quality product with friendly support
What do you like best about the product?
It is my first product for web-based phone system and it is a game-changer! Call recording is my favourite feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the system was smart enough to automatically pick the outgoing number that applies to the country I am calling.

Great IVR, call recordings for training.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk allows me and my team to effectively communicate with customers both inbound and outbound, while effectively communicating with one another internally. We are able to effectively answer customer questions and solve problems as a team in real time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Talk Desk can have minor software issues if you are not using the most up to date version, but just download the latest version and you are good to go! It is as simple as that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk helps us address our security concerns by allowing us to own and control our call recordings. We are able to securely connect with customers at ease. Additionally, our team does not have to worry about messing with other phone systems, which saves us time to focus on the customers!

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and the reporting is robust enough to help us manage our calls effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the live dash is great, the historical reporting could be improved. I also wish it integrated with zendesk so we could have a view of contacts with a customer that is consolidated.

We have a solution that is a fair price and is reliable and allows us to talk to customers and forecast our volume for our peak seasons well. We get a good picture of how to staff

The people of TalkDesk really drive the software. The features are solid too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Still growing the feature-set. I don't love the Glance/chat solution.

Omini-channel and CRM integration as well as an enhanced phone experience for our customers.

Simple way to talk to customers
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple look of the keypad and calling functions. I like the blind transfer feature the most because I can talk to my colleague first before transferring the other person on the line. Efficient and I have been using this system at multiple companies

The idle notification sound is extremely loud and annoying

I use Talkdest daily and its really fast and easy to use.

Sometimes you can not hear clients and stuck.

I'm not having issues when I'm dealing with my clients so Talkdesk gives me this benefit.
Very intuitive and complete tool
What do you like best about the product?
The callbar. This web application is fully integrated with Salesforce and also other CRMs, no need to copy-paste to call, a simple click on SF and the call is on its way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor tech issues, sometimes calls do not connect well, speaker/listener do not hear each other, but these situations are very rare.

Works well with a great number of calls on a daily basis. Also good for inbound, not only outbound.

What do you like best about the product?
EASY TO USE AND INTEGRATION WITH OTHER SOFTWARE, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO COPY PASTE A NUMBER TO MAKE A CALL, JUST HAVE TO CLICK ON THE NUMBER. you can manage many calls a day and it works very well, we make long calls, reaches up to 60 minutes.

WE WORK MORE THAN THREE YEARS WITH TALKDESK, AND THE TRUTH THROUGHOUT THESE YEARS HAS BEEN IMPROVING A LOT AND IF SOMETHING IS NOT LIKED ONLY WE COMMON IT AND LOOKING FOR A QUICK SOLUTION
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WE USE TALKDESK AS A SALES DEPARTMENT DAILY, NOW IT IS A PART OF OUR WORK, BEFORE WE WORK WITH OTHER PLATFORMS AND ONCE WE TRY THE TALKDESK WE ALREADY HAPPY WITH ITS FUNCTIONALITY AND THE INEGRATION WITH OTHER SOFTWARE THAT WE USE.

Of course I recommend testing the software, it's very good at outbound and inbound calls
