What do you like best about the product?
We had a need for a call center infrastructure and Talkdesk had a nice solution. From start to the end the process was very good. We were given an implementation specialist to set everything up and walk through from start to finish. Once the implementation is done, you are given a good customer support for any possible situation that can happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. It's very easy to use and navigate .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Talkdesk as our primary contact center software.

We also use the ability to monitor and playback recorded calls instrumental tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using the callbar, it is an excellent tool. The app makes calling comfortable, fast, and if it is linked to Salesforce, it is just a second to dial. Amazing that you can wherever you want just using internet. Updates are easy and quick. Notification appears just on the top of the page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is not easy to reset the password. We had to contact the Customer Support which helped very quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am doing my coaching calls using Talkdesk everyday. It is very hard to build a relationship with the clients over the phone, good quality of the line is indispensable. We need to build trust, achieve our goals during the phone conversation so the quality must be amazing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Excellent product and service. Go for it!

there's nothing i don't like, there's nothing to complaint about this product

I love the 3 way calling function, love they can calculate the calls, we can monitor all the calls

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you are able to listen in to someone else’s call (silent monitoring) is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are frankly no downsides to talkdesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk is great for tracking purposes and recording calls. As of now I have no problems that I am solving with talkdesk.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s super easy to learn and navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how even if I have it minimized, it will pop up if I get an incoming call. I like how easy it is to transfer to another person. I also like how only calls directed to me will come in! I love how it is connected with our system and it lets us know when and for how long did we speak with a person for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dont like when transfers say they went through but they fail. I also wish there was a way to filter through 1 specific number and get an amount of hours one has spent with specific people. I dont like how sometimes I am available and our system will tell me that I have an incoming call but it did not pop up on my talkdesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of conversations which is really HUGE for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the various ways of reporting that are available within talk desk
What do you dislike about the product?
so far so good, been using it nearly 2 years and love it. I have never had a serious issue with talk desk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to monitor my emplyees performance with TalkDesk, which allows me to guide them into being a better help to their callers

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to prerecord voicemails. I have used other phone systems where I cannot do that. I like that I am easily able to switch myself to away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the size of the application. It takes up a lot of space on the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to call way more people as a result of voicemail drop.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
not good if you are using using a laptop because the talkdesk box takes up a lot of space. great for desktop use.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, that is the most important thing. In the customer service field you need something that is easy to manipulate so that you can get back on the phone and assist the customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't had any major issues using the systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
none currently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an easy system to use, especially in our field where you are always hiring and training new talent. This product is simple enough for the non tech savvy individual to learn to use with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact it's so easy to use. On a daily basis we have to transfer customer's to the locksmith and it is a very simple and fast process. I haven't yet experience no major issues while using the Talk-desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the quality of sound could better, which I believe is due to the customer's phone connection or just in general bad reception. On one occasion i received a phone call however, talk-desk did not allow me to answer the call for some reason. Other than that no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use talk-desk to communicate with our clients and also our locksmith's. On a daily basis the majority of the work we do is through talk desk. It is helpful because it is fast and easy to use and allows our conversations to go smoothly.
