All Those Software Updates

What do you like best about the product?
Consistently getting software updates which help Callbar run more efficiently. Also the updates do not take very long to install.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could make a separate call while on the phone. I used to be able to do this on the previous telecom software I used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk is much easier to use then the previous calling software I've used at work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Extremely easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Just started at a new company and TalkDesk has been amazing me at helping me shadow and learn by listening to my coworkers and how they handle their calls
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any issues with TalkDesk that have made me dislike the program. When shadowing calls there has been a slight delay when listening to a conversation, but nothing that has caused issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TalkDesk has helped me learn how others on my team handle difficult situations and how to best resolve them. TalkDesk has been a great tool at allowing me to shadow my team and see how they react to certain situations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great program that is easy to use and very helpful, highly recommended!

What do you like best about the product?
3 things. Support, Agility, and Reliability. Talkdesk's support has been one of the better tech supports we've had to work with for our software suite we use in our company. Talkdesk has been extremely agile in that it has allowed us to deploy to new markets very quickly. All of this while talkdesk has been reliable and providing a clean experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features do seem to be missing, like an admin's ability to reset users passwords for instance. But from what i understand a lot of these things will be fixed when they release Talkdesk Studio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a lot of outages with our previous provider, and it was very difficult to deploy new users and even harder to deploy new locations. With Talkdesk all of those things are a thing of the past. We can now grow just as fast as the business can!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is it keeps record of the calls I've made and easy to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
I forget I have to refresh to see my latest call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach out to a client directly over the phone helps cut out confusion that happens with chat support. Talk desk helps simplify business for us.

None at the moment I love how it functions as is.

What do you like best about the product?
Website layout is easy to navigate, filter options allow you to view specific users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Talkdesk extension can switch auxes occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk allows me to quickly set up a call, and resolve issues over the phone rather than chat.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the audio feedback and support that is done through talkdesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will automatically show as active, so I get random calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great way to follow the agents chats with our advertiser.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can download the calls to make it easier to listen if needed to go offline. This is great if you need to travel to multiple locations.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple lines and clear call quality make it easy for multiple users to use the same number!
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature can be finicky if the spaces are in the number you are trying to look up in call history.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote employees who need to use the same phone numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
The opportunity to seamlessly contact different clients at a touch of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to choose different color designs for the dialer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talk desk allows us to hold different numbers per user so that efficiency is greater when connecting with different types of clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The Talkdesk UI is just effortless. It takes so little training to use and works exceptionally well. It is a staple in my every day work experience and something that is absolutely seesential to what I do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional outages. Though they are few and far between. There’s been one or two times where there is some form of outage and we couldn’t route calls quickly enough, so we find ourselves in a weird position as far as just missing calls. Other than the occasional outage (which I’m almost certain any program like talkdesk runs into) Talkdesk does exactly what I need it to do, exactly when I need it to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk makes it effortless to speak with our guests and truly have our interactions with them organized. It’s vital to what we do.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is a very efficient software, which is also very easy to use. It's very intuitive and does not need any explanation for a new user. Everyone can start working with it immediately.

In 95% of all calls, the connection and sound quality is very good. It is also very useful to be able to use different phone numbers - from different countries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally don't like the launch of the software. It takes quite a while. We log in with Salesforce though, it might be a reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the last three months that I am using Talkdesk for 8 hours daily, we only had a server connection problem once. It was solved quite quickly, within an hour.
