Talk desk is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Talk desk is a great asset to my job. Its hands free compatibility is great! The freedom from phone cords or headset cords make my day! User-friendly for both using as a customer service rep and supervisors. while in training I was able to easily listen in to other calls to learn valuable skills. It records all the calls so I can go back to whatever I need to check on something. It also shows the amount of time I was on the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Was kinda hard to figure out at first but with a little training it was no problem at all. It became so easy to use and understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hands free is just that. No cords. No headset. All employers with a customer service center should have talk desk!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the switch! You wont regret it! Training was minimal as the interface was easily installed. It will be very easy to learn how to use it in no time and it is very user- friendly! It records all the calls so I can go back to whatever you need to make sure I didn't miss anything. It also shows the amount of time I was on the phone.

I love as a department Manager in customer service all the analytics Talkdesk offers myself and my team
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature they do not have that I really would love is a whisper feature at the very beginning of the call process that says our companies name so my agents know which brand they are answering for since we have several brands we manage

The ability to manage our call and wait times with exceptional visibility

Ability to create cases in salesforce with talkdesk that provide all our CRM contact information without having to search each phone number

would to nice to have a direct CTI integration with salesforce service console instead of a standalone app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to have desk phones. agents can work remote from anywhere with talkdesk.
Great calling system!
What do you like best about the product?
Our company uses talkdesk and it is very simple and efficient! With the easy-to-use interface, Talkdesk is by far the most efficient and foolproof calling software I've ever used, and I've worked at a few call centers. Support responds quickly and fixes issues in a flash as well. I definitely recommend!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have connection issues, but I'm not sure if that is our internet connection or if its talkdesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the other call software I've used, this definitely takes the cake. Its fast to log into, it's simple, and it shows all data we need to run the day. Since I've been with our business, we have used Talkdesk the entire time. Talkdesk also works with us on adding features we could use in the future.

If you're looking for a quick call software that is simple to use and works well, this is it!

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent sync with Salesforce Service Cloud. Our customer service team uses it daily and we are fully satisfied with our business case. Especially the configuration ability per team member, telephone number per country.
What do you dislike about the product?
was not involved in the purchasing decision, hence cannot comment on the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use their call center functionality to provide telephone support to all our customers for the Registrations issues they face on our platform.
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is super easy to use and get used to. I enjoy that the notes are required, meaning that every call is explained. I never have connectivity problems either
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it needs a restart to be able to boot up properly. I can hear who . I'm talking to but they can't hear me despite the test sounds working perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's beneficial for me to be able to talk to customers and connect quickly, the ability to make calls on an inbound campaign is also vital

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk gives me the ability to work from anywhere to take calls from home, the office or a cafe. It enables me to know who is calling before I accept the call, so I can answer my clients better prepared.

Nothing to note. I've been using Talkdesk for nearly a year and haven't found any disadvantages.

Perfect solution for a customer-facing startup
What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is easy to use, and it has tons of features. The Talkdesk team is constantly coming out with new features. Their support is amazing. I've had a couple calls with Talkdesk employees to help figure out solutions and find features that solve issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into a downside with Talkdesk yet. Any issues or bumps that I've run into, Talkdesk's team has been able to fix or provide an alternative solution for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to constantly monitor service level, agent status, and more. Talkdesk allows me to use one number externally for customers, and another number internally.
Awesome call experience
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, reliable, the recording of the calls is also an amazing feature given that i talk for hours on end with our clients. Also the abiliti to integrate with other software is a huge plus. Using it together with CRM software such as Salesforce is such a powerful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is the occasional drop in service, sometimes during calls which can be annoying. But it isn`t that frequent so it`s a kink that`s easily forgettable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with our clients on daily basis. This is literally my entire work load, Talkdesk is what i use to get in touch with our clients, manage their accounts, help solve their problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don`t even think about it. I have used other similar software and nothing even compares to Talkdesk. It is absolutely the best software of this kind.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is very easy for integration with Salesforce. We have access a the big ecosystem by AppConnect or APIs

Mobile Apps because it`s not simple for agent to answer call or others possibilty in the mobile phone.

Scalability and you gain on NPS Score.
