What do you like best about the product?
I like how efficient talk desk is! It makes my job tremendously easier by being able to see the reports of who is available for calls! Talkdesk makes it easy to connect with customers and provide solutions!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have reporting up for both companies (Gentux and Menguin) at the same time without lagging!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in customer service so I deal with a variety of issues! The status bar is helpful, I use Outbound a lot so that I can make cold calls and not be interupted with real time calls until I am ready for them!

DO IT!

Very easy to use, you can track and monitor the calls, easy access to all of the recordings
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything works smoothly, I love the callbar.

I am using for B2B and B2C calls

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can record conversations and go back to listen to later on. This is incredibly beneficial for conversations where a lot of info is transmitted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant really say there is anything about the app that I dislike. Sometimes I have a hard time dialing out to countries with a weird code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like how Talkdesk integrates with Desk which we use as our CRM tool. It is very beneficial to log cases for missed calls and voicemails.
Getting Better
What do you like best about the product?
Works well most of the time, getting more stable as time goes on but definitely still a work in progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still has issues with lagging, sudden drops or dead air.

Automation (has saved us lots of time), syncs well with Zendesk and Salesforce

Their routing is confusing - it would be great if we could specify our desired routing behaviour.

Its very easy to use, track calls and manage the team easily but seeing who is online where and when. It gives us all flexibility with working from home and from different venues when needed

Would be good to use via mobiles if possible?

I have recently had to listen back to calls regarding a complaint, very easy to do so

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is a great tool that makes making calls efficient and easy. I appreciate how Talkdesk and Salesforce migrate to allow me to log my calls, click to call and auto dial. Additionally, the voice drop feature makes my daily calls a lot less mundane. This platform's simple design makes it very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were a way to log notes from a call in Talkdesk and have that migrate into Salesforce under the customer's account. There are also some issues with the Google Chrome extension.

As our company grows, Talkdesk helps us to cater to a variety of markets.This tool allows me to work efficiently and monitor my performce both in the office and while working remotely.
Good Software - Time Consuming to set up
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very reliable for day-to-day sales activities. No calls ever dropped.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of setup and configuration as an administrator is very time consuming. Ringgroups & call routing is very complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day sales activities have been streamlined.

What do you like best about the product?
Since i'm a data guy i really appreciate the reporting part of talkdesk. Plain and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing the reporting part of this app that lacks is the average per team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tackling the AHT - average handling time of the reps and using talkdesk we have been getting better numbers WoW, MoM, YoY.

From my perspective it's THE tool you you or your company needs if working in these spheres of business.
Convenient and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk has made it easier to reach out to multiple clients and different teams within our company! The set up is user-friendly and customizable to suit our business needs! If we encounter any issues, Talkdesk is always quick to help us resolve it! I've never encountered a software company to be so attentive to the customer service side of their business! Very impressed!
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of customization, there are still a few features we wish would be integrated into Talkdesk. However, we are looking forward to where this company is headed in terms of tech updates!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to seamlessly contact our network clients within the same call, be able to track our metrics a focus on the quality of service we are providing, and using those metrics to properly budget our teams accordingly!
