Talkdesk is so user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Talkdesk for close to 2 years now. It has impressed me not only how easy it is to use, but how helpful the talkdesk team is. I have never had poor quality issues, and I find it very simple to maneuver within the software itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something that I dislike about Talkdesk
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits our business sees include fast service with customers, reliable transferring, and stable connection to calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Talkdesk can provide easy and fast communication between you and your customers. It has proven to be very reliable and easy to use, and if there is a problem (which is rare) they find a solution to it quickly. Talking to the Talkdesk support team is very easy and actually fun, as they are always cheerful and so willing to help in any way possible. A must have for any business.

I love the ease of use and that it allows me to help my customers efficiently.

There isn't anything that I have come across that I dislike.

Allows me to keep good track of my calls and communications.

Nothing, everything is perfect, since there is no delays or noise i reccomed Talkdesk to any company.

What do you like best about the product?
It works well, keeps communication streamlined between our offices across the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
When refreshing the page, it sets an agent to an unnecessary status. Also, system issues do occur and can be inconvenient when they happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As stated before, it helps us to keep in constant communication with our other offices across the world. It has been handy to find out who is available, who is present, and generally helps with organization in staffing.

The fact that in one setting I can see all my employees statuses and what they are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not that i dislike anything I just wish they had more statuses that we could load within Talkdesk

Talkdesk makes it easy for you to monitor statuses, see what prospects are holding and for how long. It makes monitoring you business easy and accessible

My only recommendation is that we have more statuses within Talkdesk

it's very easy to use, and always in a small window , so you can multitask.

sometimes the time starts but it doesnt ring

I always talk with the customers and is the best way to comunicate with them, so I can solve the problems faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to transfer calls blind or warm. Consistently works efficiently and effectively - do not have any problems with dropped calls. Clear phone calls quality. The ability to sort and manage time on phones, call lengths, availability is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
the delay in the calls is sometime significate. It would be nice if we can warm transfer someone and have the ability to introduce them. Reorganizing phone numbers on the drop down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service calls and transferring to other entities
Recommendations to others considering the product:
warm transfers that you can introduce your guest. Transcribed words/messages of the voicemail or while the call is happening

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate, very simple. Helps us on our everyday work routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sound quality can be better. In some cases there is cutting.

We are communicating with our customers internationally.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk has made our lives so much easier. The simplistic design and easy accessibility has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all, the fact that we can view statistics of who is doing what and for how long has been awesome.

We are able to manage our incoming calls and track statistics on everyone taking calls.
