Great Service-Use TalkDesk

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see info from customers makes them feel like you care and know what's going on
What do you dislike about the product?
It says "fetching data" and wont let you answer the call occasionally
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tech support issues. We use it to pull up their account info. It helps the call go quicker because most of the time we are able to pull up the correct account info of the customer before we even answer the call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should use it, it's great!

What do you like best about the product?
Not sure about others, but Talkdesk has a lot of features that actually come in handy in most of the times. Very user-friendly, easy to maneuver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system would glitch out of not showing any incoming call, when there, in fact, are inbound calls coming in. Could be internet issue instead, not entirely sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy to trace back the call logs, which comes in handy dealing with certain situations.

What do you like best about the product?
The Reporting screen is very effective and helps to manage resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Times out sometimes to update. Apart from that, it is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in customer service and it helps me to monitor the available resources so that we can allocate them accordingly.

The way you can organize different call groups to streamline customers to appropriate call groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes call prioritization seems to be a bit off.

Great way to allow communication quickly and easily.

What do you like best about the product?
the live monitoring, the report daily of the connectivity of each agent, keep it simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty to find an agent in the page of agents to know the connectivity time, like available, aftercall, lunch/breaks. Need to have a search bar to easy find an agent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reports for connectivity, crystal clear talk with clients.

-Talkdesk allows me to seamlessly move through my prospect list as a I utilize Salesforce.
-The integration aspect of Talkdesk is effortless As-well.
-Able to search my past calls to review and learn.

-Integration with Uberconference would be nice

-Saves time in contacting prospects and helps me review calls with co-workers.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a new company that was born a year ago, from when we began to use this tool we noticed an improvement in the management and development of our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a problem in changing the call status, but it is solved manually

It has helped us in the management of the numerous calls we receive, helping us to serve them in the best possible time and thus increase our profits

What do you like best about the product?
I find Talkdesk to very reliable. It is also easy to use and intuitive. The voicemail drop is great time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times Talkdesk has trouble with it's caller ID function. It would be amazing if there was a talkdesk app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having multiple numbers and lines through Talkdesk we are able to appear local to a customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try! It is very easy to use and to install.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Talkdesk for all incoming and outgoing sales, onboarding, customer success, and support calls. The product is easy to use and report on. I like that all calls are recorded for training and customer support purposes. I also like their integration with Salesforce, which allows team member to dial directly from SF.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a better notes features that could possibly sync into Saleforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy tool to use for making and receiving calls over the internet.

Fast Customer Service

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is great for working in fast-paced environments. It allows us to provide quick customer service. For people who do not have time to wait on the phone, we are able to call them back automatically. The call quality is great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is the occasional call drop or not connecting to the phone. When the call does not connect it is transferred to the next available agent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to solve customer journey issues. Issues like helping with purchasing, tracking orders, and registration. We are also able to find new issues with our website or personal accounts.
