What do you like best about the product?
- Great user friendly UI.
- Light tool to be installed on Windows or Mac.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of right now. Talkdesk Support helps me with anything I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the "Request a callback" feature, we had our missed calls reduced to a large extent.

Awesome product..Have found nothing to dislike.

Solving multiple issues on answering how to's using this fantastic communication tool. Contacting Clients and logging the communication on the same platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using talk desk for more than 2 years now and I simply love it! I am always able to really easy find my calls, or pull up reports for the whole team. I really love the reports since I can see how long I've been on the phone, or how long I was away, on a break or lunch. We are always checking the reports together with the team and it really gives you a clear picture of the duration per rep and it's really easy so you can make sure you are fulfilling your calls goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of anything right now hahaha. I just can't think of anything at this moment since I never really had a problem with talkdesk. So far it's been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are usually on the phone talking to our customers. Whenever an issue is reported to us, we call and resolve it. Other times its just customers calling us, and the line goes to the next available agent. The line and the connection are great, don't remember having a problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DO not think about it twice! From my own experience, I can promise that you will be satisfied 100%

What do you like best about the product?
This software has treated us so good. It integrates beautifully with our software we use to create tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything. No negative comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to manage and split up our call queue appropriately and allow callback requests with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything works so well, the call quality, the way it's just a dial pad, and how easy it is to integrate with other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you log in, it takes you to a webpage to sign in. It would be nice if the application didn't have to do that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to take call after call, the queuing system is easy to see. We can see who is available, and who is not
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you get everything integrated before you make the switch. That will make it easier on you in the future

What do you like best about the product?
It's faster than other dialers i've worked with, much more secure and so easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it took some time to sinc some info,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been working with Talkdesk for almost a year, it solved all the problems we had with other dialers, working almost 5 years in my actual company, we faced so many issues, but with Talkdesk we were able to get back our job quality, made our daily work much smoother than ever.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to log and reference all calls when looking into an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to not only fill out call information in callbar but also zendesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solves us having to note each call and gives us the ability to listen to call history to better understand an account before reaching out to them.

it is super easy and looks extremely clean!

I wish we could choose ringtones or just different sounds!

It is really easy to train on!

The team will not like this at first but nobody likes change. Everything we have seen and done is amazing.

It is a great tool and so easy to use. The set up was easy and one of my favorite parts is getting to look at all of the daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

We use Talkdesk to handle all inquiries, both inbound and outbound. Talkdesk makes it easy to quickly handle our calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, I can't say there's anything I dislike about Talkdesk. It definitely helps make my job more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Talkdesk to handle all inbound and outbound calls when connecting with our opportunities. We're able to access records in regards to these calls, and Talkdesk also makes it easy for trainees to listen in on real time calls.
