What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude provides a lot of insights into our user funnels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of Amplitude analytics is that sometimes we hit the cap for logging too many events!

What do you like best about the product?
Today we live in a data driven society, yet most people do not even realize this is a necessary resource for business. Amplitude allows you to have an insider view into what is really driving your business' success (and failures).
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning the interface does take time but it's worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude makes product analytics easy - including detailed measurements like cohorts & retention. We use the data we gather here to make decisions about product updates, communicate with users and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints with Amplitude! The platform is robust and the support (enterprise) is excellent. I haven't needed it often, but when I do, they're always quick to answer my questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company that creates mobile apps, we rely on the data we collect here to improve our products and to raise funding.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best service you'll find for product & mobile app analytics. If you're on the fence, don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create, share, edit, and sort charts. I've never found myself wanting a feature that isn't there already - it's an amazingly well-built product.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints on my end. Every time I've been wondering about something, support team has been responsive and solved all complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helps our company track all of our vital KPIs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When it comes to mobile app analytics, this is the best product in the game. Amazing features and excellent support.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything: cool customization, nice interface, easy setup
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Very expensive premium plans;
2) I can't make funnels like "see picture -> like picture" broken down by picture_id present as a parameter in both events
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Advanced features analysis. The main benefit is that Amplitude works much faster then its competitors and in most cases has better customization

Amplitude - best in class user centric analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Where do I start? I've been through KISSmetrics and Mixpanel in the last 5 years, and Amplitude is hands down the leader in the space. The base UI for modeling and displaying data is great, you can pull people from throughout the organization into Amplitude and it will not be confusing for them. Best in class retention metrics too, tell Amplitude what 'winning' looks like, and it will tell you what types of customers fit that model.

They have a very generous free product, give it a try. If you are starting out, I would recommend integrating Amplitude through Segment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find a dislike here. It's possible to get lost in some of the deeper functionality. But overall, it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wanted one central, events based analytical tool that can measure our customer journey from end to end.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to share and collaborate. Create a dashboard for personal use, and/or publish it to the whole organization so everybody else doesnt have to start from 0.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesnt cater well to the enterprise use case as much, but can work well if we spend time configuring and connecting data sources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company wasn't as data driven as I wanted to and it was party because data was tough to source and analyze. Amplitude made it easier to source insights and then share with the entire company.

Fast and furious

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Amplitude to better monitor our customers' log so that we can serve them better. We used to use another similar product, but Amplitude is more better than the previous one. It provides fast query so that our CS can be more responsive. The results provided by Amplitude is also very visual and cognitive,
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't much dislikes about Amplitude. If we would have to point one out, it would be that we have to communicate with the Amplitude team using English. We are a Korean company, so sometimes we have trouble communicating if the members of our company's Overseas Projects Team are missing. Still, this is actually something fundamental (as Amplitude is an overseas company from the standpoint of our company). And since we have a good Overseas Projects Team, we don't actually have much difficulties communicating with Amplitude.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To swiftly view events (including user agent, device information etc) related to a certain user in the order of time
To easily extract and analyze certain user groups
To conveniently share information (Slack, email, etc)

Competitive with a reasonable price
