Amplitude is best in class
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude was super easy to setup and have been a great tool for us to analyze our product. We leverage it every day and have a number of reports that we look at daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have not seen very many downsides to using the product. Satisfied customer!

What do you like best about the product?
I don't have extensive experience working with data tools, however whenever I use Amplitude I am able to quickly get the answers I need, and I find it very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, it's so easy to navigate and they have so many helpful tool tips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need further insights into user behaviour, and to be able to segment clearly. Amplitude does this all very quickly and easily.
I think there is an easy-to-use interface with good data processing performance.

The ease of accessing real-time information and the ability to generate filters

What I like least is that, at times, it is not so intuitive to find some filters or views.

Analyses of user retention and engagement based on their behaviors

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude was really easy to get up and running in the multiple applications we have. We're able to define insightful events that we can dig even deeper into with amplitude's support for endless additional properties.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve with what insights will actually be helpful to you and how to best organize them to get the most value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude is answering the question of what are users doing in our application, and what successes and failures are they encountering.

What do you like best about the product?
We liked the amplitude because it got integrated in no time. Their customer support was great. Loved it. Lots of features to test on
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now we don’t find any disliking we will update it if any problem arises
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helped us in improving our Retention, D0,D7,D30 all improved because of amplitude which resulted higher ACV

What do you like best about the product?
I suppose what I like best about Amplitude Analytics is the straightforward process of connecting my website to their service and start tracking visitors. Not having much of an IT background myself, it took maybe at most 10 minutes to have it up and running. I'm also having a fun time discovering other features, and identifying how to best use them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if I'm familiar enough with Amplitude Analytics to dislike something about it, but one thing I would like is a step by step tutorial on how to use their service for different scenarios. As someone who is new to this type of service, I don't know how to best leverage some features so I feel I'm missing out. Who knows, maybe this is already provided and I simply haven't accessed it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics is definitely helpful in identifying what type of visitors are on my website, and where they spend the most time on.

I would like Amplitude Analytics to introduce a simplified tutorial and some form of gamification to improve the user experience. This could be particularly useful for users unfamiliar with the platform to better understand what actions to take. Level-based guidance for different user stages could significantly enhance navigation and usability.

Amplitude Analytics allows us to measure critical metrics such as retention and churn rates, enabling data-driven improvements and decisions. Its dashboards provide quick insights, facilitating efficient analysis even under time constraints, driving better feature planning.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude makes it easy to dig deep into user behaviour without needing constant help from engineers or data teams. We can easily track user behaviour without complex changes in code.

The learning process is bit difficult in start especially for the people who are new to Analytics.

The funnel progression view in Amplitude provides a clear, step-by-step understanding of how users move across each stage, offering deep visibility into performance metrics. With such detailed analysis, marketers can easily identify what’s working and what needs improvement. Additionally, the segmentation chart highlights gaps and weak areas, empowering marketers to refine their strategies and focus efforts where they can drive stronger, more profitable outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude is a very powerful analytics tool, but at times it can feel a bit complex for new users and requires technical setup to unlock its full potential. Some advanced features and integrations also take extra effort to configure, and costs can scale quickly with high data volumes. That said, once set up properly, the insights are extremely valuable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics helps us solve critical visibility gaps across the user journey. By leveraging funnel analysis, we can clearly identify where drop-offs occur and prioritize fixes that directly improve conversion. The platform’s ability to bifurcate campaigns at a product level allows us to measure performance more granularly, ensuring that each campaign is tied to tangible outcomes. Additionally, with integrations through our MMP, we can analyze app user behavior alongside marketing data, which helps us take more informed actions, refine targeting, and ultimately drive stronger engagement and profitability.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how self-service the tool is. You really can figure it out just by using it. They also provide in-depth trainings in their Academy which make it very easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you misname events or don't set things up properly from the start, it can turn into a headache later on. You really need to set rigorous rules for onboarding onto the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics is making it easier for our Product Managers to self-serve their own data needs, without having to rely on their Analytics team counterparts. It's making visualization a breeze.
