A Amazing tool to scale any webapp , app or landing page
What do you like best about the product?
the ease of using amplitude and its intergration ,it has helped me a lot to analyse my funnel better , i use this to understand my drop off points and why is my app having conversion issue

Empowers Teams with Intuitive Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I love Amplitude Analytics for its thoughtful layout and intuitive interface, which lets me spend less time figuring out how the tool works and more time using the insights to take action. The powerful toolset is beneficial, and I appreciate the ability to share insights easily with colleagues. I also like how Amplitude allows me to be more independent when accessing websites and product analytics, without needing help from our engineering team. It helps me gain insights and a better understanding of our customers' behaviors, allowing me to make more informed decisions. Our team having access to Amplitude provides greater independence when accessing data, not having to depend on the Business Insights or data science team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features aren't as powerful or configurable as other tools, like Looker or Google Analytics. It can be overwhelming with the abundance of granular data, making it difficult to get a clear picture of customers' entire user journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics helps me gain insights into customer behaviors, making informed decisions. It provides independence in accessing analytics, reducing reliance on the engineering team. The intuitive interface allows me to focus on using insights effectively.
Easy to use, a necessity to understanding our users
What do you like best about the product?
I can build charts, cohorts, dashboards to gain deeper understanding about our users and it's intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to what data and users paths I can create, sometimes I want to build deeper than I can (or maybe it's possible but difficult to do)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketer Ampitude is a huge part of how I discover customer paths to improve communication with users at the right time.

- ux is rough. For instance, when I was facing permission issue, I don't get an error describing this error, I had to try it till it works
- when creating a chart/dashboard, it's not obvious which project it belongs to

I can add a/b testing and user adoption dashboard without reinventing the wheel
Experience of using Amplitude for marketing campaign analysis
What do you like best about the product?
The tool enabled tracking of campaigns originated by marketing. What I liked most was the flexibility of the tool in reading attributes within a text message and transforming them into records to generate analytical data.
For example: we use an incoming message on WhatsApp, Amplitude saves word attributes with # to count the number of users who started a conversation with that tag.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I think could be improved is the graphical view of the tool. Example: the analysis period being more flexible for the user, and not depending on the dashboard administrator to adjust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Track the user's origin and the path they take on their journey. This type of tracking helps direct investment actions to the right place and optimize results.
Enabling faster and easier business understanding across our organization
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude allows our organization to have a single source of truth for our entire 250+ organization to look to in order to understand the health of our business, user cohorts, and individual users. Amplitude makes building, sharing, and explaining bespoke views easy and intuitive, enabling us to spend more time discussing why we are seeing trends than how to build views to get to trends. Amplitude spends time in trainings for our teams to ensure everyone knows how to use at least the most straightforward functions to support cutting data in different manners to support functional and evolving needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have two primary pain points in connecting on platform and off platform data (i) our financial metrics are difficult to integrate into Amplitude as chargebacks/refunds don't flow through and (ii) source attribution can be difficult to track (although this is more of a general marketing challenge than Amplitude specifically)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us identify high-level trends in user behavior and empowers easy deep dives into root cause analysis. Its ability to cut and reposition data in various forms allows multiple teams to be able to use the same charts for a range of purposes grounding it as one of the few tools adopted widely across our entire organization.
Solution tool for conversion within external environments
What do you like best about the product?
The scope within the corporation I work for solved a huge problem. We needed to know the conversion coming from a WhatsApp bot. Having the data for this helped us a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data analysis view could be a bit more intuitive. New members have greater difficulty adapting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Within WhatsApp, we didn't have the visibility of how many leads are converted. This impacted the sales funnel, in marketing the breadth brought about a transformation of vision. We optimized our costs based on this.
Amplitude is a good platform, it helps us with measurements.

It is a platform that brings a lot of data, very resolutive.

Complex to handle, could have more training on how to handle it, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It is quite intuitive to use, but most importantly, the visuals look nice and polished. It is easy to share content, and the contract allows multiple users to interact at a flat rate

Integration with cloud data sources is missing or difficult to set up.

We are tracking how many page views we get, and more importantly understanding how the user interact with the different flows
