Easy funnels creation for a non-technical PM
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, straight forward with great support material so the learning curve is very short.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mapping complex user journeys could be a bit simpler with LLM integrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identify drop offs, creating usage-based user personas.
Easy and intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
It’s incredibly easy to use. I had never used it before starting my current job, and I was surprised at how quickly I was able to learn the tool and start creating reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
1- It doesn’t automatically prompt you to merge events that appear to be duplicates—for example, ‘Public: Lead’ and ‘Public Lead.’ While you can manually unify them, it would be helpful if Amplitude could detect similar events and suggest merging them.
It is not a dislike but it could be better.
2 - When you start breakdown the funnel, some numbers started not to match anymore. It is quick hard to divide by device as well.
3 - Be able to customize more the charts would be nice.
4- no plug in to check if the events are firing and names on the server-side implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
That there is a lot of ways in which you can slice the data and many workspaces to create in order to segment this by client, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it is very easy to use or self-learn. It took me a while to understand how to use it and how to create things that were actually of good use for what I needed them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to track usage of our platform by client in order to understand where we can best support them as Customer Success Managers. Being able to see what features are well liked, how much time are users spending in the platform, etc. is very useful to kick-start a conversation with the client.
A great choice for monitoring your app Analytics!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and to build reports, multiple chart types available, allows customized and complex formulas, easy to integrate with Slack, feels like MixPanel with steroids.
AI agents are incredibly helpful to analyze recurring data reports and propose next steps.

What do you like best about the product?
A very powerful tool with a great community (shout out to Esther!).
The product is evolving well, in 2 years I've seen a lot of interesting developments to make user interface smoother and simpler. Like the fact that Amplitude have the desire to integrate more qualitative feedbacks through screen sessions, surveys etc...

What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude Analytics is very dependent on the upstream tagging plan, I found that dependency at this level is quite limiting, and I think it put up quite significant barriers to use in our case with the team.
Even If I like the amplitude community, I'd like to have more content classify by industry to help us step up in our product analytics skills and development

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helps us check the performance of our features on our B2C products (app & web).
It also helps us to look for patterns and identify interesting hypotheses to find areas for improvement.

Easy to use with powerful insights
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use -- I am not a web analytics expert by any means, but building dashboards and finding out how my campaigns are performing is dead simple with a bit of guidance and playing around in the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like more access to self-help, user forums, or other guided learnings in the platform.

Measuring campaign performance / impact for ABM programs
A well rounded analytics app for your saas product
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to quickly and easily create charts and funnel through events, and visualisation without any query writing. I use it almost on a regular basis to check the adoption of features and ongoing experimentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike as such. Did not find the path finder very useful and intuitive. Bugs in the amplitude extension and limited browser support. Does not work well with non chrome chromium browsers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making visualisation of data quick and easy, without the need to write queries. It also helps in experimentation assessments.

Unable to perform complex calculations & analyses using Amp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use cohorts a lot - it helps me get the top level numbers for specific cohorts very easily. Monitor metrics & trends during live events
Every day, virtually every team in our startup is using Amplitude
What do you like best about the product?
We primarily rely on the segmentation, retention, and funnel charts—along with occasional use of LTV—and those core tools are excellent. We’re sending events from our iOS and Android apps as well as from our backend, using Amplitude to track both high-level KPIs and specific product metrics. It’s central to how we monitor marketing performance, feature rollouts, and app version deployments. We’ve also built alarm systems based on Amplitude data to detect anomalies. Additionally, we segment revenue by user and user cohorts to evaluate revenue margins by feature and cohort over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations have persisted for years, forcing us to build workarounds for what feel like basic needs. For example, you can’t easily track “Week 2” user performance over time. In Microscope, you can’t find a filtered events directly—you have to manually scan through all events to find a match. The Android SDK doesn’t let you attach user properties directly to events like the API does, which causes race conditions and inconsistent data. The LTV chart doesn’t let you filter by date range without changing the x-axis, which limits its usefulness for deeper analysis. Lately, some of the charts have gotten slower and charts have been loading with 404 errors, requiring a page refresh, although usually customer support fixes issues like this when I report it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, no software company should be doing feature and version releases without making sure the right analytics are available for evaluating whether to continue the feature or version rollout. We use Amplitude for that.
