Amazing tool for Analysing user interaction data:Can't imagine Product Analytics without Amplitude
What do you like best about the product?
1) Everything comes almost instantaneous and Super fast results even for the time period as long as 2-3 years.
2) Extremely easy interface to use and implement any data requiremnt query
3) Daily user and i look forward to using every single time i want to dig into user level data

What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude support is taking much longer when we reach out to them for any new features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of using, Efficiency, multiple pre defined definitions, cohorts, segments, funnels,
Conversions, Average order Value, Revenue per users, Customer Retention, User Frequency cohorting, Funnels (Open and Closed).
In simple words, can't even imagine working in the product analytics without Amplitude

Easy to use, fast, data democratization
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, lightning fast, data democratization across the organization. Very easy adoption. Great customer support. Implementing it is a brease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to customize certain things without having to purchase another module. Also, not easy to integrate sources such as Snowflake, even though it makes it seem easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire organization is able to see events occurring on our site in real time and track conversion trends.

The web page is quite slow, sometimes it does not work quickly enough

Best Control Monitoring for Operations Out There!
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to connect alerts and dashboards into Slack for real time notifications on trends or operational breakdowns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more of a "hey we had a breakdown, now who is fixing it and log that audit." integration. I would suggest they integrate with like NextMatter or a Zapier workflow to ensure ops people take action on the alerts and close out issues better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
identifying smart alerts.

Easy event integration and blocking of events. Simple UI. Love the new layout of the left and right data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few date logic are not implemented. Say if i want to filter out the funnel wrt to certain date in segment I can't do for a longer duration as the logic won't be applied. Can be done for one day. If we build a logic to implement this it would be more helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helps me in analysis the data quickly without depending on any other team members for the help. Previuosly when we were using Clevertap it used to take lot of time to do a simple analysis. But in amplitude I can do an analysis in just 5 mins which used to take 1 hour in Clevertap.
Time-saver for Data Scientists, Enabler for non-data people
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude Analytics' drag and drop UI makes working with data approachable for people who don't know SQL. It is a huge unlock for those looking to explore their data themselves, and it has saved anywhere from hours to days for our data science teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the focus on usability and being UI based, Amplitude Analytics isn't infinitely flexible. There are use cases that we can't solve with Amplitude.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're tracking performance of key product launches, and we're using Audiences to build segments to send out comms to those users. It really is a full ecosystem at my org.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is an amazing tool to analyse user behaviour. With its dashboard and notebook function it's easy to get a quick overview of health metrics, which is great when you have a million other tasks waiting for you. I've also found the Amplitude academy courses extremely helpful to point me in the right direction in the beginning: it made people like me (inexperienced in quantitive analytics) develop a joy in using Amplitude!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional data discrepancies can be a challenge, especially for those new to the platform. It requires some expertise to troubleshoot these issues effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User metrics: understanding how users engage with our product. It helps us make product and content better.
Amplitude is fantastic for flexible visualisations across the product stack
What do you like best about the product?
We really like the flexibility that Amplitude offers as a BI tool. As a company, we also use Looker but we find it difficult to create new dashboards really quickly without the input of developers. With amplitude, a large cohort within our company can comfortably spin up visualisations which are very important. This is especially helpful for GTM activities measuring data for new products. We think of it as more of a visualisation sandbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to it's flexibility, it can be a bit daunting initially. A lot of training is required so people understand how to comfortably build and design dashboards to get the result they are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are constantly launching new products and this requires having to build visualisations for these products. Amplitude gives us a flexible tool to build visualisations so we can measure success on GTM activities and understand how the market is reacting to our feature releases. We also use Amplitude for product feedback on particular products which has been invaluable. Our organisation requires a lot of collaboration across numerous teams so Amplitude is also fantasticly accessible which is really important. We can also easily drill down into user data and get instant insights.
