Most well-made tool for clickstream analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is one of the best tools I have ever used for analytics. It is a well-designed, intuitive and snappy tool that has some amazing features. What amazes me the most is how quickly it is able to fetch and visualize vast amounts of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude is one the best-in-class tools for clickstream data analytics, but it is also one of the most expensive. It is also difficult to keep track of eventsand properties if users do not follow best practices right from the start. While Amplitude's integration with different platforms/frameworks is impressive, it still comes down to the tech stack and codebase of any company that's using Amplitude for tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently using Amplitude to understand how users use our digital products and identify areas that can be improved. Amplitude has enabled us to understand user interactions in great detail and take steps to improve user experience and engagement in many ways.

It´s usability and applications for e-commerces.

At this moment, it takes some steps to view data based on sessions instead of users.

The table view at the bottom of charts has poor scrolling - makes it hard to scroll through these data without scrolling the page

Amplitude allows for simple data querying, visualization, and funnel tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the explanations added everywhere on the tool to help me understand the data I am watching. It helps me to switch the analysis I'm doing, or to choose the rights property. It gives me confidence in my analysis!
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading time can be pretty long. When you have several tabs open on your browser this is not ideal for your computer.

Indispensable tool for actionable user analytics and a great help when contemplating approach
What do you like best about the product?
Once you learn how to use it, there's practically no limit to what you can find and analyze. I also find it super interesting to learn how to use and experiment with. I don't see it as a chore at all. It seems like a riddle of some sort, especially in the beginning or if you see that something is not working right.
This means that by taking the wheel when it comes to analyzing usage, you're effectively directly involved, and you can deduce much more than just by using a premade chart or dashboard without a deeper thought.

What do you dislike about the product?
It might be a little bit difficult to get into Amplitude when you first encounter it. There are so many things you can do, which means you'd probably need a guide to help you understand what you can do here, and HOW to do it.
It would also be useful if we were able to input some data for specific users and then use that data to help us further classify data, for example, I'd find it useful to know which age group or professional role uses which features the most.
Also, we have found some adblockers to completely block Amplitude's tracking, so we're missing some users from our data because of that. I don't know if that's something that can be further discussed with particular ad-blocker creators or if Amplitude can circumvent them with some fixes, but it's also something worth considering.

We need to know at every moment how many and which users are active on our platform, and what exactly they use or don't use. We are also tracking their habits, how often and at what times they use our product. This helps us understand if we're going the right way in terms of the services that we offer, and whether something is useful to the customers.
Analytics made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
One of the features that I appreciate the most is the wide range of graphs and visualizations available. With Amplitude, I can create insightful visualizations with just a few clicks, making communicating to my team and stakeholders simple. The platform also provides valuable data and analytics tools, including customizable dashboards, user segmentation, and cohort analysis. These features make it easy for me to dive deep into my data and gain insights that I would otherwise have missed
What do you dislike about the product?
I´d love to establish relationships between events based on attributes. A more powerful language to do math would also be appreciated.

Amplitude is helping to follow growth in usage, revenue, churn and other business KPIs.

1. CDS - to manage all events and user properties from multiple channels (Apps, web etc.)

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any downsides. Amplitude Analytics seems to be a market leader in product performance. The only missing feature is the ability to view heatmaps and session recordings

What do you like best about the product?
It gives the tools and the knowledge to really become datadriven. Amplitude is built in such a way it eases you into doing data analysis and making sense of the data. It allows for simple analysis to really advanced stuff.
Other tools are cluncky, heavy. Amplitude guides you alogn the way and a beautiful clear information architecture.

What do you dislike about the product?
I like that you improve the product by changing how things work and are ordered. But sometimes you go a bit fast and introduce changes withouth giving me the proper time to get used to it.
Next to that, I have the need to have company wide charts and dashboards, it feels a bit unorganised and have the idea a lot of people are creating the same charts.
