Super great analytics with less coding and realtime result!

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude helps PM with less technical background to instantly access various analytical methods and data insights in realtime manner. Even there are various types of chart ready to use to produce insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes data which produced today, can be different when accessed tomorrow or sometimes later. Better to inform the cut off by how many days so user aware data can slightly change over several days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking which funnel (user process) has high drop
Measuring which funnel that is successfully implemented which achieved goals
Measure how much time user need to complete a task - looking for where we can improve further
Realtime tracking which helps in implementation QA, debugging issues, and getting familiar with the data flow and existence

Flexible user interface and friendly supporting staffs

What do you like best about the product?
The data structure is rather flexible with the ability for in-house customization.
The supporting staffs are very prompt in project assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more room for advanced logic expression with respect to derived user properties
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my specific use case, it is addressing the dynamic cohorting capability which is much needed

What do you like best about the product?
As a senior product designer, I have to say that I am impressed by Amplitude Analytics. For the first time, I feel comfortable exploring data, and that is a big statement coming from someone who has worked in the digital product industry for over 20 years. I have never been expected to understand metrics or lead data-driven projects. But Amplitude is changing that for me. The platform is both simple and powerful, making data accessible to everyone in a democratic way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have anything so far that I dislike. Kind of addicted to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a B2B SaaS company. Our goal is to move to a SaaS PLG model but we still have many questions, especially when it comes to understanding activation behaviors. There are many people, many JTBDs and until now, it was very difficult to effectively track the journey. Amplitude is helping us to strengthen our data-driven mindset, our understanding of events, and our mapping of them. And it does this in a broad way within the company.

Efficient tool to track your app data.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the UX/UI Amplitude uses to visualize the data of your app allowing you to create correlated dashboards and charts that show you in a second key performance insights.
I also like the simplicity they have used for non-data people to manage and extract useful indicators about the performance and user experience of your app.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion Amplitude could make it a little bit easier to create and define events so it is more simple to interrelate different events in funnels specially. I find it somehow too techie for a business person to implement it from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude allows me to avoid missing vital information about my app and my users' experience from small bugs and problems that can be structured to different user experience flows that we hadn't thought in the first place.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you learn how to use the tool its intuitive enough to allow you to find the answer to your questions and easily experiment with other slices of the data sets
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it's unclear whether there is data for a particular event or not, so it would be nice if the tool only showed events with data associated with it so that you don't waste time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics for lifecycle marketing, general KPIs like active users, growth metrics, conversion metrics, churn, and retention metrics. On lifecycle, we can get a pretty good idea of whether an email is working.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you have your events in place, Amplitude makes it easy to build charts and analyze data. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, so I can focus on actually having my questions answered through data rather than trying to figure out how to do that. The possibility of building dashboards is also significant since I can put every relevant metric in a single place to check daily or weekly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need to use custom metrics, but I still didn't find an easy way to do that, or at least their solution isn't customizable enough for my use cases. Maybe that's because I use their most basic plan and don't have access to more advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude is my primary tool for analyzing user experience data. My team and I have built some dashboards, and I keep track of essential metrics weekly using them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to share information, manage taxonomy, and organize all of our different product area's analysis base on the creator of the content. The personalization of that dashboard and speed to insight is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a steep learning curve for a junior development team and it takes a long time to onboard, but the destination is absolutely worth it. I have also found that there are a few trap doors that lead to nowhere in our implementation and that can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We finally have instrumentation that allows us to see which users do what, and most importantly, where their jounrey takes them before and afterwards. In our product, that is crucial to improving the UX.

What do you like best about the product?
User segment analysis and funnels are great. Creating dashboards around specific projects I am working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been a bit harder to navigate since the new UI was rolled out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding user behaviour around the product and segmenting users as well as understanding effectiveness of different growth experiments carried out.

What do you like best about the product?
Super fast. Everyone in the organisation can use even if not trained as data analysts

Lack of pricing transparency beyond free tier (which is extremely generous)

Answering questions about how our users behave inside our products. This is vital for any form of decision making
