Simple, Fast and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
- The feature list is huge, you can do a lot of detailed analysis
- The UI is simple and intuitive
- The website is really fast, usually the lags are extremely less

What do you dislike about the product?
- I cannot run campaigns (Push Notifications, W/A) as of now. (I've been using the same for 4 months, but still didnt discover how to do the same)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- I'm a product manager, and spent nearly 20% of my work day dabbling with user flows and monitoring conversion rates of different funnels in my app.
- There exists different kinds of persona which enter the funnel and always need to monitor how those cohorts are performing. The segmentation feature comes very handy in doing so

Great easy to use - analytical event tracker in market
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy tonyse and set up dadhboards. Anyone with limited knowledge can set up analytics and test - with just the knowledge of the domain they are using it for
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike full-story - there isnt a feature to record the flows - like real time screen recording of flows

Understanding user flows on my conpany's app and set up product analyticwls

What do you like best about the product?
One thing that stands the most with Amplitude is how easy it is to setup dashboards with the most relevant data around specific areas of the business or product.
On top of that, being able to navigate through what our end users experience and how they interact with our platform makes it a breaze when trying to understand patterns of usage.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any case when Amplitude wasn't able to handle what I expected from the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude is the backbone for the aquisition and plotting of data done within my team, from native apps to web interfaces.

Its easy to use interface and its fast and robust UI

Sometimes the server takes too much time to load

Amplitude solves our complex needs of segment creation with its easy to use interface anyone can create a segment easily
It is a good software for funnel analysis but take a little time get a hold of it

That it can be used for funnel analysis.

It takes a lot of time to manuever through the product and learn it

It is helping me get funnel analysis in a much faster way as the database is too bog to query and do funnel analysis

I like how I can change my view from segmentation to funnel to simple charts to get clarity on time-specific/sensitive events.

When I first started using it, I did not find the tool to be UX friendly but once I got hang of the details, it was smooth

What do you like best about the product?
As a marketer, managing and reporting on complex campaigns requires us to track a wide variety of metrics, from audience segmentation and success rates to custom events and attributes. Amplitude makes this easy by offering a user-friendly platform for non-technical backgrounds to build and customize reports. We're able to view campaign performance through multiple lenses—providing insights that our CRM reporting alone cannot. Whether we need high-level overviews, deep dives into specific audience behaviors, or quick reports. Amplitude is the tool to measure and analyze results effectively, allowing us to make data-driven decisions across our marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are discrepancies between Amplitude and our data lake. Using Amplitude to export segments or report on campaign results requires a caveat that the results are directional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude enables us to create complex dashboard to track product and campaign performance. With Amplitude, we're able to view campaign and product performance through multiple lenses such as funnel, segmenting, cohorts, etc...

Amplitude enabbles good insights for understanding conversion

advanced possibilities, good UX, fast and easy to share with my colleagues. Also ease to explain to other non experts users
What do you dislike about the product?
exclude events in funnel not working properly. When i select some events to be excluded, users still end up in the funnel that did trigger the events
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conversion analysis, tracking frequencies of events, understanding user sesions.

I like the easy to learn and start charting. Then to collaborate is even easier.

the root cause analysis is not smart enough to detect all variables involved into the root cause of an issue.
