Fast, reliable and scaleable collection and analysis of data

What do you like best about the product?
Analyzing large amounts of data quickly and easily. Different analysis options, very modifiable and flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the options for analysis are not so intuitive. It can be a bit difficult to find the right type of chart for your specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing our online events, analyzing them with ease and in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude analytics help every product manager in their day-to-day job.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to talk about disliking. Sometimes when you change the chart definition, the graph doesn't load properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the key to data-driven decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using funnel reports as well as segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to filter between Mweb & Web. I use device family but it is not always reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My key metrics are funnel completion so it is helpful to see where users are dropping off in the funnel

Great platform with a rich feature set

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Amplitude regularly for the past two years. It provides a great deal of insightful information about the behavior and interactions of our users. The tools offered are very convenient to use. In particular, I liked how easy it is to create Segmentation queries and share those with others.

Other features worth mentioning are:
- advanced searching with a quick key property lookup
- creating custom queries with nested filters
- visualizing audience breakdown by some property grouping
- viewing user streams
- deep linking to some specific event and sharing with others
- creating funnels and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I established several convenient methods to reach my goals quickly and efficiently and had no issues with this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyzing user interactions based on the events we track. Funnels and segment. Efficient queries and filters. The success metrics for the A/B tests.

What do you like best about the product?
i really liked how simple and straightforward using amplitude is; from starting the integration to making analysis charts, you don't need to know SQL or other stuff that data analysts possess.
And I really liked how their free plan offers one of the highest numbers of free events and services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had setup as the source for data and connected amplitude as the destination, but I observed that some events were coming in segments. Still, they were not reflecting in amplitude, I tried to debug this issue but couldn't conclude the reason or solution for the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
using amplitude for quick search and deploying segmentation or funnel of our users and reports with graphs, charts and exportable data

What do you like best about the product?
It breaks down analysis into really easily digestable graphs which make sense to even non-data people

Sometimes it can be a little overwhelming with the options available and trying to understand them

I like creating funnel dashboards, to see our in app funnel.

I don't dislike anything I guess, Amplitude is covering all I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to analyse all event data easily, faster than any other tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to instrument and to use to get product insights, it could help to answer almost every product question we could have.
What do you dislike about the product?
For websites GA is still probably better, so you would use two platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping to understand how our customers use our products, helping to drive development.
