Amplitude is a game changer in the world of product analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Advanced analytics functionalities are extremely intuitive, which reduces the barrier of core SQL/Querying language skills, that not everyone possesses. On top of that, the visualizations are absolutely effective and aesthetic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absence of tutorials on how to use advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me understand my customers, and products better.
Helping me set up metric tracking, and alerting faster without the need for engineering resources.

Easily Understandable analytics Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I started using amplitude a few months back, initially, it took some time to get along, but then the more you use it, the easier it gets. UI is intuitive, and also one can easily create charts and dashboards here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, using this app for some time now, and haven't come across anything that I found not useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
charts and dashboards are helpful in understanding product/customer insights, retention can easily be tracked using retention charts.

What do you like best about the product?
Majority of use cases are very easy to take care of
What do you dislike about the product?
Usefulness depends 100% on how you define events, which Amplitude doesn't help much with (compared to some other tools)

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of segmentation. Variety of the report types. Excellent UI and fantastic support. New Experiment package is very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
The experiment package is still being developed, so it is changing very often. Also, it would be nice to be able to do a segmentation by "latest value" of user propery other than the value at the time of the observed event
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analysis of user behavior. A/B Tests. Investigation of support cases. Cross product (Portfolio) analysis

What do you like best about the product?
I was set up in Amplitude in no time. For me, the speed is what I like best. So simple to set up. So powerful to dive in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of much. It's one of the best dashboarding tools I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting quick and easy access to information on how our users are engaging with our product.

What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to create charts and dashboards in Amplitude. The UI is intuitive. Amplitude reports help me get a better understanding of my ad campaigns performance by giving me insights into the post-conversion behavior of users I acquired.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some types of charts have unpleasing limitations. If you group data by some characteristics, Amplitude shows you only the top 7-12, etc groups. You can enable manually to see additional groups on charts, but after refreshing the page, changes might be reverted back by Amplitude.
Also, it isn't very convenient that the colors on charts change every time when I refresh the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you have a long period from a sign-up to the final conversion action, traditional web analytics solutions will not be able to give you the full picture of how different cohorts of your users behave. Especially, if these users use different devices while they are on this journey. Amplitude is a great tool to fix it.

What do you like best about the product?
- Ease of use.
- Data and events management made amazingly simple.
- Live events streams.
- Easy charts and dashboards building and sharing.
- The team is very supportive and helped up through our instrumentation hiccups.
- Segment integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
- A little learning curve in the beginning, but it is to be expected of such tools.
- High cost for the next plan after the free plan. It could be worth it depending on your needs but would love to see a lower package or at least a customizable one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helps us to review the customers' actions in aggregate and determine the usability of different features. It reduces our PM team's need to ask the Data team to answer every question about the user behavior they have.

Best Product Analytics software I've ever used

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy and straightforward, everyone in my team was able to understand and start using it in a matter of days. Amplitude is an extremely powerful tool that any Product Manager would benefit from.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of functionalities can be intimidating at first but as they say 'the journey is more important than the destination' and, in the end, it's quite fun to see how far you can go with your analyses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How do our mobile users use our app? When and how do they benefit from our services the most? How can we offer our users a better experience and improve user retention, activation and conversion rates?

What do you like best about the product?
Even for a first time experience, Amplitude has been easy to implement as a developer, easy to use to watch and analyze results. It has great user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The iOS SDK is a bit inconsistent and has weird mix of Swift/Objective-C APIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can see how our customers are using our mobile app, we can better understand who they are and we can identify problems.
