Best analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating charts and dashboards. Amplitude makes it easy for anyone to dig into data and get product/marketing insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't know how the Segment events and attributes are set up, it can get tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for anyone in the company to get access to data to answer pretty much any product or marketing question
Amplitude is a wonderful analytics tool, with easy chart-building and sharable dashboards.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to switch between funnels and segmentation is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When funneling, user paths can be very vague, especially when looking into alternate paths that users have taken.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the removal of Facebook Analytics, Amplitude has been great for tracking user experiences.
Amplitude helps out teams to understand user sessions and improve our application.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which we can integrate it with our application and ease of viewing customer data.
What do you dislike about the product?
We sometimes struggle to create charts but it is nothing too hard to figure out with some tinkering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can view application data very easily and now we can understand user behaviour much much better
Run analysis and track trends easily
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude makes it easy to monitor trends in specific metrics and dig deeper as needed. My favorite is the dashboards and the ability to click into them to adjust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude's interface takes a bit of time to get used to. And if you don't know how your organization's data is set up, it becomes challenging to surface the right data.

Ability to surface insights and analyze product data.

Easy to use report builders and filter functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude fulfills majority of needs for analytics integration with other platforms like SFDC, Braze, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying trends and patterns in our communications to patients, as well as their engagement.
The tool is incredibly useful to quickly get insights from your funnels

The powerful analytical tools give the user the possibility of discovering key insights to improve the product that they are managing. Additionally, you can share dashboards across the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards are not at the level of power bi o tableau. This causes that the company imports the amplitude data and re-process it again to have the information in one source of truth
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The complexity of calculating, cohorts and behaviors of the users of an app. The difficulty in analyzing a specific cohort of app users in a determined timeframe.

Read the internal documentation
As a software developer, amplitude works pretty seamlessly

I don't need to know very much about the internal workings, it's works well out of the box and gets the job done

The UI can be clunky or confusing when it comes time to anaylze results
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude lets me easily emit metrics that the data engineering team can use
Active maintenance required but extremely insightful
What do you like best about the product?
Building charts to gain insight is a snap. I love being able to see trends over time or a funnel to check out consecutive actions. SO MUCH easier to use than Google Analytics!
What do you dislike about the product?
It definitely requires active maintenance and careful documentation. When events are not documented within the org it is easy for the tool to get confusing or inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes gaining insight so easy that we can use to build support for or against feature builds.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend the tool though would make sure you have a game plan for implementation and future maintenance within your organiztion.
An intuitive and crucial tool to have
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude analytics shows the perfect amount of detail so that you can understand the data quickly and make meaningful insights from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dash boarding features are a little more challenging to get the hang of, but very useful once you do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get to see and understand how our users are navigating the site, this gives us a better understanding our of conversions ao we can take informed action to improve our product.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like best about Amplitude is about the way we are able to discover certain transactions that are done by fraudsters based on the Carrier name.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the data in Amplitude is a lot, then the tool itself would load very slowly. I wish that Amplitude would load more faster in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude tool helps analysts, team leads, Quality specialists in conducting investigation for fraud disputes. This tool helps us identify if the disputed transaction was done by the cardholder or was done by a fraudster.
