Best product to grow your critical metrics using data.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and speed with which most of the analysis could be done. 95% of the answers we need, can be found using Amplitude. Since we have started using it, we have never really thought about using any other product.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were given a start-up plan for a year and could use almost all the features. But it was rolled back without any prior notice. It would be great if Amplitude stuck to its promise and restart our start-up plan effective immediately.

We are able to find answer to almost any question we get about,

The best product analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up, easy to query data, visualizations are easy to build
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires development resources to instrument. More complex to setup than similar tools like Google Analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude tells us how our users are using our products. I can't think of more essential data to a product team

Amplitudes interface is beautiful and very dynamic/fluid/intuitive!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there are a lot of annoying "feature ads" in the product. There are many things I can buy so I see my interface kinda cluttered

I can easily create charts and analysis within my products scope. Its easy to gain insights to whats really going down with the users with the Users path tool
Amplitude is a must-have tool for analysing our product
What do you like best about the product?
I love the retention chart feature and also the cohort feature. These helped us identify subsegments of our user base that are really engaged with our app. Using this insight, we were able to improve user retention significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is insanely high, it would be great to have modular pricing so you can pay for features you actually use.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude has numerous benefits and has been an amazing resource in my professional and personal life. The simplicity of having multiple dashboards within one source saves me so much time and adds so much value. I can move efficiently gathering the information I need. I am empowered to focus on specific tasks when needed with one click limiting the number of distractions. Amplitude also helps me to be a resource in meetings, keeping me organized to gather valuable data on the fly. Amplitude has been a game changer for me and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to make their virtual life easier and more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve in the beginning. Sometimes the application needs to be refreshed to pull accurate data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helps to keep me connected to the customers I manage. I am able to see vital data in order to be proactive and serve our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement in code. Very fast(< 50ms) for pushing events. Provide feature like charts and dashboard to create visual charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude not have alert notification to slack and email based on event data rule which is very required in case we handling exception events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting events happened in system and helping us to create segmentation chart to see individual type of event and funnel to see user journey.

What do you like best about the product?
Advanced analytics functionalities are extremely intuitive, which reduces the barrier of core SQL/Querying language skills, that not everyone possesses. On top of that, the visualizations are absolutely effective and aesthetic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absence of tutorials on how to use advanced features.

Easily Understandable analytics Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I started using amplitude a few months back, initially, it took some time to get along, but then the more you use it, the easier it gets. UI is intuitive, and also one can easily create charts and dashboards here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, using this app for some time now, and haven't come across anything that I found not useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
charts and dashboards are helpful in understanding product/customer insights, retention can easily be tracked using retention charts.
Overall great product with event definition being the biggest difficulty

Majority of use cases are very easy to take care of

Usefulness depends 100% on how you define events, which Amplitude doesn't help much with (compared to some other tools)
