Amazing tool do gain product insights for all the employees in the company

What do you like best about the product?
- it's easily accessible
- it has a straightforward interface
- we can do a template for teammates to edit them
- all the events have a describtion so no need to have separate documentation
What do you dislike about the product?
- not so flexible as our own system of analytics
- some charts should calculate the same, but results different
- some charts not clear how is build and it's not clear after reading the documentation too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's easy for the product team to check feature usage, and there is no need to ask an analyst to run custom queries to the database, which usually takes longer.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude Analytics is an outstanding platform for understanding user behavior and making data-driven decisions. The platform is user-friendly, with a wide range of features that provide valuable insights into user engagement. The support team is also excellent, making it a top choice for businesses looking to gain a deeper understanding of their users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, but I would like to suggest Amplitude team to make some amplitude training video library that explains all features in amplitude.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the propensity to conversion features help us a lot in improving our push notification performance

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude gives us many ready-to-use solutions that helped us answer business questions related to our tech product. Not only that, in the past one year I saw that Amplitude keeps delivering improvement and new features that helped us exploring our data in quickly and real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were times when Amplitude released changes that made the previous feature function, for example, dashboard filtering suddenly not working properly or as expected before due to changes in how to use filter function. Thanks to Amplitude's quick customer care line, it can be solved after we reported the issue that we experienced at that time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes as Product Manager, I have some questions that need to be answered using data analytics. Most of product managers will submit new data dashboard request to Data Analyst team, which has limited bandwidth to pick up request each week, makes us need to queu the backlog for minimum 2-4 weeks. Using Amplitude can speed up the process as long as we know how to get the data and how to process it in Amplitude.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us to create quick analytics (segmentation, cohort, etc.) based on the events on our platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need further training to understand how to utilized it even further to help us to create more complex analysis.
It will be great if we can have summarized events on amplitude.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performance review of certain events or page in the app/web - monitoring dashboard.
Predictive audience for segmentation targeting.
Creating cohort and journey for users behaviour analysis

What do you like best about the product?
As a product designer, Amplitude Analytics makes it easy to explore data. This helps my team design and build data-driven products. Simple and accessible tool to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have anything so far that I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude makes quick insight generation possible and solves a majority of basic needs from a product insight perspective with its array of tools. It is straightforward to use.

Powerful yet easy-to-use tool for business users

What do you like best about the product?
Many chart types to use that support any analysis you'd like to do, simple or advanced.
Mostly done by just clicking, no technical skills are required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced chart is beyond my capability to use and interpret.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is quite easy to use, you spend some time to learn and then you'll get familiar with it.
I think it translates the complex query into and easy-to-use interface by just mostly click.
So query language skills are good to have but not required for using Amplitude.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude has given us data democratisation among the whole company. As a product analyst, I would spend majority of the time pulling data and building dashboards for stakeholders. Now, users can get the data themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
initial onboarding for users of the product is time-consuming so the learning curve is quite steep. However, with proper training and clearly named events this can be avoided
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With amplitude, we are able to get a true understanding of all the who/what/how/why questions we have regarding users of our product. The data allows us to quickly pivot and make informed decisions

Best in Class Premium Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude provides a range of products that makes it easy for businesses that requires digital product analytics. My favorite is the Ampltidue Experiments for AB testing which directly integrates with Amplitude Analytics, making it easy to identify & target experiments to a certain cohort. Amplitude team is also very active in supporting us during implementation & operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude can be considered as a premium tool since it's quite expensive compared to other product analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to implement & generating insights related to product analytics such as funnel conversion analysis, cohort analysis etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to cut up the data and investigate from many angles. Built for sharing and growing data lead culture in org

Onerous requirements for data modeling on customer side to be able to extract full value from the platform

Allowing the product team to investigate and monitor their domains independently, empowering designers and pms to ask more questions while allowing Analaysts the time to research bigger questions

You can have multiple possibilities of analysis and graphics to answer your questions in many different ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
The usability is not the best of the world. Sometimes its difficult to find how to make questions you'd like.
