What do you like best about the product?
1. Very easy to build a customized dashboard
2. Data captured rate is very high, almost every single event

What do you dislike about the product?
Our team mostly uses the API, and we use the API data to build our own dashboard. In this case we spent a lot of time aligning the data, but the definition of the metrics in Amplitude is not very clear, thus making it hard to align the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking users' behavior and adoption:
WAU, DAU, MAU, and most importantly, what pages are users visiting, how do they log in, etc. It's a very important feedback to our product

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude captures literally every aspect of the puzzle that you'd like to know. Anything you need to know- from whats working to whats not working- you can easily obtain from Amplitude.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need a tutorial to really understand the entire depth of what Amplitude can do for you. Just getting thrown into the fire isn't the best way to learn it. Instead, get a proper tutorial set up ASAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really giving us the next level insights into whats the big pieces we need to focus on. If something's not working, you can easily find out- and find the fix as soon as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is an easy-to-use platform that syncs with many others. By using access groups and sync with our IDP we are able to easily grant and remove access to users and segment sensitive areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
some time to set up groups, but if you use group permissions you will save a lot of time in the long run by giving access to users. Most software need upfront set up a time so this is somewhat expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us find as much analytics as we can. The more info we can ingest about how are users are using our product over many different spectrums the better we can adjust and make positive changes.

Nothing. I utilize all of the tools to help our business grow and exceed the expectations of our customers. This platform allows us to meet the needs of our clients.

Great tool for a variety of teams to analyze website performance

Friendly UI, quick to load, plus lots of settings that Google Analytics and other tools don't have.

I'd like to see more tips and support articles within the platform to help with troubleshooting.

Challenging to build some complex charts (e.g. workspace activation)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helps us understand the behaviour of customers using our product beyond the surface metrics. We regularly use amplitude to provide a quantitative lens in conjunction with qualitative research to shape onboarding and product features.

Requires considerable investment to get value if you don't have a mature data stack.
Amplitude has been a great tool for data exploration and team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Team spaces make it easy to collaborate on dashboards and notebooks. I like using dashboards to create groupings of charts and then adding filters to the dashboard to change all the charts at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Over the years amplitude has added several new charts that our team uses to create views we couldn't before. Notebooks were a nice addition that allowed us to combine charts with text. Before this, we would have to take screenshots of our charts and add text using Word or a slide show. Now we can do everything in Amplitude and simply share a link with the stakeholder.
