Amplitude A/B testing & Data Deep dives

What do you like best about the product?
Quick to parse events to see insights for A/B testing. Also quick to understand graphs and stat sig testing.

Can also quickly look build charts to look at event behaviors vs query the database and making charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find out which events are connected. Would be nice to see an event flow when building A/B test. Also, would be nice to add stat sig for more than one group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
insight into A/B testing and deep dives - so we can test if product changes are successful. Also can quickly put charts together to deep dive into issues. Very quick and fast.

Get it and play around with it

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create cohorts from the data and then compare it to the whole data set
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the server crashes and we have to wait a tad long to get our data

Easy way of creating dashboards that we can monitor daily

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is super user-friendly and intuitive. You can calculate metrics in a really fast way. All tech companies should have Amplitude
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a complete product overall. Hard to dislike something about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me use data to make business decisions in a very efficient way. Before Amplitude, I had to get data from queries and then use Excel to manipulate it and create charts.

Easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
For us, on the tier 2 department on fuboTV, it helps us a lot finding the actual events on the cx logs when they complain about an error or buffering event, this way we can make sure is an issue on our end or their connectivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we always try to search for all the information available on the charts when we create one to find events related to errors or buffering events we only have 5 fields for each one to group by and sometimes is not enough to gather all the devices or account details to troubleshoot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a technical support agent for fuboTV, it is very important that all the errors customers may face, we can track so we can confirm with amplitude events if is related to our performance or cx internet speed or else.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you get familiar with the chart and how to read all the info provided it's very easy to work with it and it will definitely help you to improve your services

What do you like best about the product?
What i like the most of Amplitude is its persona analysis to create user cohorts depending on the different user behaviors.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I download the data, user_ids come with blank spaces

It is helping me to understand better who is my user and how she/he behaves in my product

Daily tool as a Product Data Analyst

What do you like best about the product?
It is my primary tool for evaluating in-app user interactions. It is easy to use and has many features that can allow you to map user journeys/funnels, evaluate test results, and keep track of key metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some additional features around tracking I think could be added to help me visualized it, and there are some limitations on the graphs you can generate, but nothing that intrudes my work day-to-day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Amplitude Analytics we wouldn't have the insights needed to make data-informed decisions, it has increased our ability to inform key stakeholders. This is the best tool for it, I've used it for over 5 years.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, copy/modify/tweak previous saved dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not exactly built for marketing, or have specific automatic settings for businesses, it's fairly generic without preset analytics models
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data visualization, and allowing users to download data is great. I need this daily, although I hate that I have to "melt" the data to turn it into a pivot table when I download the CSV file.

Fast way to convert insights into action

What do you like best about the product?
What is really helpful is the way to create a custom event based on others. This feature helps me to quickly understand user behavior based on the different use cases of my product.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have a native event for sign-in. Now I could check active events to understand user engagement but some of those events are part of the onboarding and is complicated to distinguish between not onboarded users and acquire ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we are implementing other platforms to concentrate data and analysis, Amplitude Analytics is helping me understand user behaviors faster and decide which experiment I should prioritize while the team is implementing other tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Native tracking for user taps would be great to make a micro-events analysis without all the work required to tag every component.
