Very good and user friendly analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
Once you wrap your head around the events, you realise amplitude is an amazing tool to answer the most pressing business questions and helps you make the right decisions when needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Rather than showing conversion in my funnels, I want the opposite, drop off. This isn't possible. Also the extension hasn't been working lately for me unfortunately
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to understand the funnel and segmentation of my product area as a product manager and I use it to keep an eye on key changes to our most important metrics we report on weekly

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude makes finding insights, visualizing them, and sharing them extremely simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deriving metrics or performing complex calculations is very limited and frequently results in switches to SQL in other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helps us measure our web and app performance, diagnose conversion issues, and rapidly run A/B tests to optimize results.
We don't ship any feature without amplitude tracking in place.
What do you like best about the product?
Anomaly detection alerting is one of the most used features by our team. We make sure we set up integration of these alerts with our slack channels to make sure everything is working smoothly for our customers!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the chart doesn't automatically refresh and it's sometimes misleading.

We are tracking customer events and building funnel metrics to see how our features are performing.

Go for it! It's the best and comes with easy UX!

Amplitude gives product teams the right tools to measure and share the impact of their work in a fast way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing product tracking taxonomy's governance, versioning and cleaning up is a pain. We defer to other tools such as Avo to achieve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the impact of our changes and identifying hurdles our users pass through.

Get your product tracking plan in check right from the beginning by adopting governance and quality tools such as Avo.app!
Amplitude is key for decision-making by giving access to relevant and detailed information

Different user segmentation enables us to analyze the game as a whole but also deep dive into a specific group that is relevant for one specific business decision.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not be able to create more complex formulas and save them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude is currently responsible for our daily track of real-time monetization metrics. It's easier to have a dashboard that is updating every 5 minutes and gives us the room to take decisions faster.
Additionally, Amplitude is key for ours A/B tests in which the team usually follows daily metrics from all users and also from tailored groups related to the test.

If a company wants to be data-driven and having all decisions based on multiple analysis, Amplitude is going to be a must since it is going to empower your team as the same time that it makes them more productive
Go-to for learning about user behaviors
What do you like best about the product?
This is my go-to when I have a question about user behaviors. It is incredibly easy to use. It is simple to get charts set up. We can set up dashboards so our team can keep an eye on key metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features when creating charts that I wish they had, but I imagine they're always working on adding more. It'd also be nice if they worked with Zapier as that's a tool we use regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to gain insights into user behaviors. Evaluate the success of certain user-facing features. Set up dashboards so the team can monitor key health metrics of our platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's incredibly easy to use, I've trained some individuals in using it and they're able to pick things up quickly as the platform is pretty intuitive. It also allows us to very quickly gain insights into user behavior and set up dashboards to continually monitor.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the cohort feature the most useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how experiments must start on mondays if you want to do weekly tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are learning about the user journeys for users on our platform. I have been able to realize how quickly I can answer questions. I am more productive than if I had to write sql queries.
