Pug and Play Product Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Once you've instrumented your events, its so easy to get meaningful insights via Amplitude. I am able to see a lot of advance analytics that once would take me hours in SQL in a matter of minutes with Amplitude!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish i could see things historically as you could do with Pendo. Of course, you need to properly instrument your events as well. Once that is established tho, its smooth sailing,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are allowing me to see advance product analytics such as stickiness, retention, funnel analysis, engagement matrixes and more in a matter of minutes. Makes my job that much easier.
Amplitude is a key tool for mobile product managers
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the speed and flexibility of Amplitude. The majority of product questions can be answered through dashboards, which are super-intuitive and fast to build and understand. Furthermore, they provide an effective way to download the data to our own S3 for more rigorous tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not really easy (especially for the new team members) to understand how the events are working if there is no clear explanation behind each of them (hand-made).
We still have to build and maintain event maps on our own. Would be great if such event maps (basically event descriptions + screenshots + connections between events) could be made through Amplitude.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is to understand what different users do in the app and how they do it. Having a profound analytical platform is the core of any product success.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that everyone in the company can access the charts, just by sending a URL link to them. It simplify a lot the access to data and therefore the number of persons that see charts and dataviz.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that this is not possible to have a bit more customization of the charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beforehand, we weren't able to analyse acquisition funnels. Now with Amplitude, it's pretty straightforward. We can monitor it live.

How simple it is, and how powerful is the discovery that I made to improve the results of my time and how accessible it is to all my staff to see de resultuts.

Should be a better notebook presentation with more options to edit like image formats e other stuffs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility to my business and when my time work with A/B Teste we can easily saw the results e take decisions after that. Otherway we should need a program skills in time.
Doing product analytics with Amplitude - Easy, fast, and a great experience overall
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is very easy to use. It allows you to quickly get insights and analyze data accurately. It makes doing a lot of complex analysis in SQL redundant. Very easy to learn and use even for non-technical users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features like experimentation and statistics are not integrated very well into the main product. There is a different experimentation module but doing statistical calculations or even calculating CIs is not available for all charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are analyzing our online SaaS B2C product. Analyzing funnels, monitoring site and product usage and engagement, and doing product analytics 24/7. Saves us a lot of time while using.

Once you wrap your head around the events, you realise amplitude is an amazing tool to answer the most pressing business questions and helps you make the right decisions when needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Rather than showing conversion in my funnels, I want the opposite, drop off. This isn't possible. Also the extension hasn't been working lately for me unfortunately

I want to understand the funnel and segmentation of my product area as a product manager and I use it to keep an eye on key changes to our most important metrics we report on weekly

Amplitude makes finding insights, visualizing them, and sharing them extremely simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deriving metrics or performing complex calculations is very limited and frequently results in switches to SQL in other tools.

Amplitude helps us measure our web and app performance, diagnose conversion issues, and rapidly run A/B tests to optimize results.
We don't ship any feature without amplitude tracking in place.
What do you like best about the product?
Anomaly detection alerting is one of the most used features by our team. We make sure we set up integration of these alerts with our slack channels to make sure everything is working smoothly for our customers!

Sometimes the chart doesn't automatically refresh and it's sometimes misleading.

We are tracking customer events and building funnel metrics to see how our features are performing.
