Amplitude is a power data tool
What do you like best about the product?
one of the powerful and easiest to build a dashboard. no need to build the data pipeline, just need some client integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude price is tied to data usage, make sure don't go over the quota.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
report metric from client, and build dashboard in Amplitude easily for business decision.

The features are great. Funnel, Cohort, Dashboards. easily customized formula etc

Very slow at times, Hard to make dashboards collections. Not very friendly on customziation and organized functions.

Product and Growth. Reaching KPI and data valaidation on different channels

What do you like best about the product?
Visual query building. Easy to teach non-technical employees on how to query data. The query is easily "copiable" just with the URL.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too slow. Every single time queries are run or even event attributes are loaded, I wonder why Amplitude can't pre-cache it and make it instantaneous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obviously, to monitor data in real-time. Running dashboard across many metrics in the company is awesome.

Great tool to keep tabs on marketing KPI's

Chart set up is very user friendly. It is easy to create and share findings. Customer support is quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating bits of information across multiple charts can be a bit of a hassle. I wish I could batch edit more easily.

Monitoring marketing KPI's, analyzing test results.

That it is very intuitive, even if you haven´t used it, it immediately makes sense

Sometimes the visualization I want isn't as easy to achieve. I would like to hace a field for x axis, y axis and values

There are a couple of types of reports I would like, however there are always workarounds and the CS team are always so happy to help!

Complete transparency of how users engage with our product. e.g. where they drop off, what leads them to purchase, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way amplitude help me giving insight.it is very easy to use.ANon tech background person will also handle amplitude in much easy way it is completely adaptable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is quite good, it makes my work life very easier. I used to extract various information and will work on it I didn't find anything to be changed or bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't saw any problems but there is only 1 that is it hangs sometimes when I add charts in a dashboard and it stop working.that needs to be resolved as sometimes we have so many charts to compare and analyse

Very intuitive layout and logic - almost anyone can pick it up

Not much to add here, but some features are hidden or not explained well.

A/B tests and results. Also, seeing difference between the 2 version and making data-backed decisions.
