What do you like best about the product?
it's easy and has a lot of functions, they add functions all the time, great alerts, intuitve

visualziations are not very beautiful and I would want more room to change them

sometimes it's a little too rigid, lack of flexibility when we want to deep dive into something specific

we use Amplitude to learn who are our users and how do they behave on our app

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude has been instrumental in building GoCart. We embedded analytics and instrumentation from the first lines of code, and it has been incredibly helpful in informing us about how early customers are using the tool and guiding our journey to product-market fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like they are moving very heavily toward a marketing-heavy solution - which is great, but I'd love to see them invest more in product instrumentation use cases. The CDP is a great example of straddling both product and marketing use cases. I'd also love a more built-out alerting infrastructure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an early-stage startup, it is very important for us to stay abreast of how customers are using our solution and any issues they are having. That is the main purpose for our use of Amplitude.
Easy-to-use self-service data for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
It's quick & easy: I can get answers to my questions in seconds. But the tiny bit I fell in love with is the no-fuss sharing with the quick link button.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to debug and go deeper: if I think something's wrong, I have no easy way of digging deeper and finding out the root cause.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a super-quick way to understand how users are using our product, allowing me to make better product decisions.

Data driven decision making for product teams (and all the company).
This tool is easy to use and allow to build from scratch very deep analysis on users.

There are not enough views that are not time-based: it's very frustrating not being able to change the X-axis

An essential product management resource
What do you like best about the product?
It is a comprehensive and slick tool. I can quickly find the data I need, and easily create new visualizations for the data I want
What do you dislike about the product?
No ability for basic cohort analysis without moving up a tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for everything from debugging user support issues to weekly user activity tracking/reporting to measuring success metrics in new features
Amplitude very simply helps our team to identify and pull data on all user types using our product!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features of Amplitude for me are the Event Segmentation and Funnel features. We use the funnel feature to understand exactly at what step my users drop-off and to determine what we can do to catch them back. User properties help us customize this analysis as much as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
When looking at cross-event conversion in funnels I can't select more than 90 days. In some cases, this may prevent me from making accurate analyzes. Similarly, the maximum period we can choose for time to convert in funnel is 90 days, which limits us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When necessary, we can observe the movements of our general users with Pathfinder, and when necessary, a specific user on the Event Stream side. Thus, when a specific user has a problem, we can see what steps he followed in Amplitude. Or, with Pathfinder, we can see how users experience the app and make a general inference. Amplitude allows us to develop a user-specific product.
Easy to quickly get started and get insights
What do you like best about the product?
Dynamic analytics that is easily shared within the team. Charts are interactive and allow for further customization after being shared without messing up the original version.
What do you dislike about the product?
We typically have long labels for the metrics we use according to certain naming conventions. The tooltip design makes it nearly impossible to differentiate even slightly longer labels from each other, which makes reading the charts a guessing game and frustrating.

Helps us track and learn user behavior metrics to make product improvements.
