High powered analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Amplitude Analytics is tracking user property values at each event. This gives you a better picture of how customer's change over their lifetime, as opposed to other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
THe visual representation of things can be improved. For instance, the numbers in the funnels are too small, and it doesn't show the % in the funnel. Gotta scroll down or hover to see the %.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude tracks all our user product data, to make informed decisions about how to change the product or market to users.
Thoroughly enjoying amplitude from start to finish
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude has given us a new depth of insights that previously were hidden or very cumbersome to retrieve with raw data. Especially the speed at which we can answer questions is impressive and pure joy. Knowing what we have now I would not want to miss this anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far there isn't much I disliked. There are a few features I wished they had in regards to event timelines. Their customer supz on the other has been very prompt to help out with any questions and workarounds
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any sort of user analytics and marketing related questiona on web and app
Amplitude makes analytics easy for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude does an amazing job of simplifying so many data pulls and data analysis that would traditionally be done via SQL / making a data request to the data team, that it empowers pretty much everyone throughout an organization to be self sufficient and ultimately, saves an organization a lot of time via quick / easy access to data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are not the most straightforward to use and understanding from a UX perspective, especially when it comes to the different types of charting. I find that most people just stick with the Funnel or Segmentation views, but there are many more that are unexplored / under-utilized due to lack of familiarization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily rely on Amplitude to do A/B experiment analysis as it relates to our funnel & conversion metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I am able to find conversion rates promptly. When I am putting together data charts, everything is so identifiable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish documents can manually save when putting together charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving how I make decisions on what needs to be promoted on a consistent basis.
Go-to tool when it comes to custom in-house analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Great UI, great visuals, lots of charts for all kind of needs, reliable experimentation platform (this one I'm going to miss actually!), as a data-driven PM I can't be happier honestly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quotas don't really make sense for in-house analytic, leading to cases when PMs are forced to decide what events they absolutely need to track and when is nice-to-have but probably won't feed into current quota limits so out of question. And it might get very expensive very fast, justifying a move to another alternative solution, which there are plenty on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us it's solving all business needs, apart from actually storing event (we ue clickhouse for that). Experimentation, data analysis, trends, dashboards for each domain/surface/feature. Basically whole analytics is done in amplitude and it's a go-to place for insights into each step of user journeys.

- Few changings without informe the user impactiing the experience
- Missing estructure to enable team daily use, gamification for example.
- A/B testing splitting Webpages instead of having just small changes.

Great user experience overall
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to quickly come up with segments and filters whenever required for the analysis
What do you dislike about the product?
To muuch stuff keeps going on the screen, it looks bit cluttered and overwhelming sometimes

Awesome Experience Using Amplitude
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about amplitude is to create a number of different types of charts as per your need which actually helps us to track customer experience and improve our product and it is effortless to implement the charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such downside but yeah chart types can be improved further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using amplitude, we are able to track our customer experience and journey on our product, and with those data we are improving our product to meet customer needs.
A great and easy tool for Product Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly, and I love the interface. I'm learning every day new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
As any other Product Analytics tools, for a beginner, it's sometimes challenging to identify the best ways to gather the data you need as you have a lot of different possiblities.

Having an easy access to a lot of different segments and parameters.
Great Product that beats previous analytics and experimentation software we've had
What do you like best about the product?
Prior to Amplitude, we were using 3 pieces of software for analytics, experimentation, and personalization. Amplitude rolls all three of these into one product, at a price that was noticeably cheaper. Amplitude also easily connects to our dataset and salesforce, which gives us much deeper analytics than front-end interactions (although it does that well)
Amplitude integrations were easy to set up, we connected to Segment without issue.
The charts are easy to create and I really like the anomaly and forecast charts. The emails I get that allow for root-cause analysis has been super useful. I check Amplitude daily.
I've found generally speaking the responsiveness of support to be decent and the self-serve portal is very easy to navigate. Away from that, there's loads of official and unofficial YouTube videos that are easy to discover

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I'd like to be able to see, which exists in Salesforce, is whether we're on track/on-target. Amplitude won't let you set KPIs and then report based on them. Being able to add them to a dashboard would be so useful to those who regularly check the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Amplitude to understand how prospects and customers navigate from PoC to success. We use this to create look-alike campaigns to drive better conversion.
