I'm using it to help my CX team figure out what went wrong for our users and help them order.
What do you like best about the product?
Seeing all the steps our users took when logging in or ordering.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would just make it a bit more user-friendly for regular users (not analysts).

Very robust analytics service
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to slice and dice analyses and also the user lookup feature
What do you dislike about the product?
If your labeling isn't organized, easy to get confused with naming taxonomy over time and create conflicts

What do you like best about the product?
Although in my current position I don't interact with this product on a daily basis I have found the data generated to be insanely useful. The ease of use is relatively high and I appreciate the multitude of ways to represent date, found this especially useful when presenting to stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slightly harder to navigate for less seasoned employees, not being directly on the data team made my onboarding with this product slightly more difficult. Possibly make tutorials and user experience information more visible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting and generating data/results from external sources into one collective database. Not all of our platforms are synonymous with each other and this allows us to merge all the data.
Amplitude helps our business function seemlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we could ut metrics in place allowing even our support team to see insights to the business and our users and to keep the day to day business moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the search function was a little more robust. It is a little clunky to search and find older events, I am not exactly sure what the answer is, but searching by older dates is currently not too easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are served by the fact that we can have the whole team using it and able to read and decipher information without using engineering resources for simple everyday cases.

The tool is pretty simple and easy to use.

Sometimes I'm not fully aware of all the available tools at my disposable on the platform.

1. Very easy to build a customized dashboard

Our team mostly uses the API, and we use the API data to build our own dashboard. In this case we spent a lot of time aligning the data, but the definition of the metrics in Amplitude is not very clear, thus making it hard to align the data.

Tracking users' behavior and adoption:
WAU, DAU, MAU, and most importantly, what pages are users visiting, how do they log in, etc. It's a very important feedback to our product

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude captures literally every aspect of the puzzle that you'd like to know. Anything you need to know- from whats working to whats not working- you can easily obtain from Amplitude.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need a tutorial to really understand the entire depth of what Amplitude can do for you. Just getting thrown into the fire isn't the best way to learn it. Instead, get a proper tutorial set up ASAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really giving us the next level insights into whats the big pieces we need to focus on. If something's not working, you can easily find out- and find the fix as soon as possible.

Get to know your product early. It's powerful.

You get to see clients if they are truly using our products and how much they are using them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe we don't have this function, but I think it will be nice if amplitude notifies us when one big account have a big drop in usage of our products.

We get to see clients if they are truly using our products and how much they are using them so that us CSM can provide accurate suggestions for the clients.

explaining how features work -- i keep emailing help to get questions answered and it takes too long and they aren't answering the questions that I have
