Great platform for easy dashboard analytics!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for our entire company to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no clear dislikes for this platform that I can identify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics provides significant visibility into the success of our company.
A good product analytics tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to give product analysts as well as non-technical product team members the ability to view drilldowns into our conversion funnel is game-changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration into the rest of our data stack is tough to maintain/test.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently do not have detailed conversion funnel reporting and product analytics data available in our BI tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely one of the best product analytics tools out there. Should be highly considered.
Insights made easy
What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to set up my own dashboards in Amplitude without support from analytics teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to drill down into the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's answering our core questions about how users interact with our app.
Very robust tool for product analytics.
What do you like best about the product?
Technical, but the UI is human enough that you don't need a lot of support to get at the insights you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. Also, it is easy to end up with a lot of legacy dashboards over time and manual to clean up your org.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps product team see where users are struggling, which features are unused and can be archived or improved.
Really Great for Digging into Data
What do you like best about the product?
Love the reporting capability and the details it is able to pull in. We are unable to get this information into our CRM at this point but are currently working on it and being able to reference the data in Amplitude is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to connect the data that is in Amplitude into our CRM or have some sort of connection between the two. Tried with Polytomic and that didn't quite work out either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see our sign ups and trials for our products, as well as as being able to correctly identify the attribution of those sign ups and trials. Also being able to see the journey they took prior to and after signing up gives some great insight.
Great Data Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how interactive the data dashboards are. I can click on a data point and find references for why things are improving or declining.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any feedback on what I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its letting me know how our product launches are being received by our members. I can see when something is underperforming and deep dive based on specific data points

Being able to make quick visualizations and user cohorts for specific events

It is sometimes difficult to figure out which event to use, would be helpful to have easily accessible definitions for these events

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Amplitude is the easy-to-interpret user experience. I'm not overly analytic but this tool makes it attainable for me.

Building charts can sometimes be tough but I have great peers to help.

Understanding how much traffic our editorial newsletters are driving to our site.

Deep insights from all of your data and can provide all the detailed information to drive real growth.

Its very powerful, so there are a lot of options. Its both good and bad.

Solving user growth and identifying how users interact with our platform to find room for improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to track customer engagement in our apps by looking at how they navigate through our pages and interact with our app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can't think of at the moment. The product fits well within the requirements that we were looking for.

It helps us understand what parts of our apps are high traffic and give us insights on expiriemce bottlenecks
